How could you not give me my tire key fob with the inside key without knowing that I had to push start I was told that the guide parts didn’t realize that my 2019 equinox did not have a push. Stacy, I believe said that the key would be $65 labor would be 150. The key fob replacement is 130 and there was a $25 charge for something? When I got there, they charge me $224.82. They also charge with a part $131.26. They also charged miscellaneous charge $10.??? and sales tax 848 grand total of $374.56 without the key to the fob as quoted $65 are there in King back to the dealership spoke with the service person Emanuel, which is absolutely amazing handled the situation I refused to pay any more money. This is highway robbery. No he went in the back said that I have to pay $40 more dollars. Instead of the $65 this is highway robbery. This is wrong. Please help call help me hank expose JamesMartin Chevrolet for overcharging your customers it’s an atrocity. For the record when I bought the vehicle in 2022 February I had issues with receiving a refund on my gap insurance. It took me at least three months in my opinion nobody cared. I went up there physically at least three times waited to no avail. Finally I contacted GMGM contact at JamesMartin Chevrolet, and at that time they gave me a refund check I came and I picked it up from this day on. I will never never say never return to JamesMartin Chevrolet for anything as of today very upset you cannot switch in beat after you quoted price for parts.
