Overall the service on my vehicle went well. A few things: 1) I would like to see the process time to get vehicles signed to go a little faster, and 2) I wish they had my tire on-site. I am very dissatisfied customer I lost my key fob. I spoke with parts. They gave me an exact number for each part. When I get there, they hand me the new key without the car key installed and they tol I spoke with parts. They gave me an exact number for each part. Please help, me boycott this location this is total thievery and robbery and no one wants to take the blame. I have not spoke to the general manager nor have I spoke to the middleman.
