I am very dissatisfied customer I lost my key fob. I spoke with parts. They gave me an exact number for each part. When I get there, they hand me the new key without the car key installed and they tol I spoke with parts. They gave me an exact number for each part. When I get there, they hand me the new key without the car key installed and they told me it was one price and they changed it by over $80. Please help, me boycott this location this is total thievery and robbery and no one wants to take the blame. I have not spoke to the general manager nor have I spoke to the middleman. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from James Martin Chevrolet and I could not be happier with my purchase. It had been about 13 years since I last purchased a car and was glad to see that with Martin Chevrolet and I could not be happier with my purchase. It had been about 13 years since I last purchased a car and was glad to see that with the remolded building and staff, the level of service had not changed. My experience at James Martin chevrolet I went to James Martin Chevrolet and purchased a 2015 Chevy impala and they said that the car was certified and cleaned and inspected but come to find I went to James Martin Chevrolet and purchased a 2015 Chevy impala and they said that the car was certified and cleaned and inspected but come to find out that the car had been in a accident I was having problems from the start. Day one passenger headlight wasn’t working it was on a Friday so I couldn’t go the next day to inquire about it . So Monday I too the car in to have it fixed. Took them a week to fix. And before I took delivery of the veichle I ask the salesman to replace the two front tires . Guess what they did they rotated the to the back and sent me on my way to no avail I had to return the next week because I went to have a brake light and tail replaced now I getting pissed off when the radio and navigation blinked out so now no music no nothing so now a red flag crossed my mind . So I take to another dealership to see what can be done about trading the car in . And another dealer said that they couldn’t touch it when the ran the car fax on because it had been in a accident and the car had collateral damage on the fron end . I they totally forgot to mention that not including that the car was hit in the back also. So I look at it like this if honesty don’t play a rol” in this what does. So I’m stuck with this car now not to mention once again back to the dealer because there’s water in the trunk. Once I remove the carpet there is all kind of trash sirenges and other junk in the car . I took it to them and they told me that they wouldn’t do anything they didn’t even try to put me in another car I just bought the car Dec. 20th 2019 ever week since I had that car I had to go to the dealer about that car. So be fooled by the sales department . They will do whatever it takes to mess over you. So make sur you xx the car out tooth and nail before you sign on the dotted line. .Ill never go back ther again More
Poor customer service I took my car in for service and warranty work. They had it for a few days. Did not repair the problem. I got it back dirty inside and out after I called and said clean and prep my car before I arrive to pick it up! Someone went in the glove compartment and my trunk searching. They searched through a black bag I keep in the trunk for emergencies. WHY! Left everything loose in the trunk. It appears like sabatage to me. Everytime I take my SUV in I have a problem. Clearly they don't want to do service on this SUV because it's warranty work and they don't get paid! Talked to the service manager who was antagonistic and down right rude! He called me, I didn't call him. They stand around and stare at me it's kind of creepy! I don't have to be friendly just do your job and fix my little SUV! OnStar has this as my preferred dealer so when appointments are made by them I am forced to come to James Martin. Last time I was there some girl asked for my key, she never said who she was. People standing around doing nothing with too many customers waiting for service breeds chaos and unhappy employees and customers. No organization. You want good reviews then you do good work! More
