They kept my car for 5 days for no reason. Then still made me pay for my oil change. Took my vehicle in for routine maintenance service that included tire rotation and oil change. The service staff was excellent. They were professional, informative, and demonstrated business like courtes included tire rotation and oil change. The service staff was excellent. I would not buy here again, the prices are just too high for me. $63.000 for a blazer when for that price I should have been able to get a vehicle I really wanted. I had no problems with my 2017 Trax until I drove my car to the dealership for an oil change, lube, and filter. The new problem started immediately after the oil change. The car started hesitating and seeme to the dealership for an oil change, lube, and filter. The new problem started immediately after the oil change. The car started hesitating and seemed like it was going to shut off. The sevice engine light came on the evening before my appointment. I had the car tested before bringing it to the dealer. The code P0304I (there was a misfire on cylinder 4). It needed new spark plugs. After my car was checked Emanuel told me that I needed new spark plugs and a coil. He said the coil was broken. When I said that I would take the car for a second opinion he stated that it probably would not make it. My concern is that the coil was not broke when I took the car in. Did they break the coil then charge me for it? I am not happy with the last two visits to James Martin Chevrolet. More
