Couldn't be happier I didn't intend to buy a car when I visited James Hodge Hyundai for a promotion they were having on July 11th, because I was very happy with my Hyunda I didn't intend to buy a car when I visited James Hodge Hyundai for a promotion they were having on July 11th, because I was very happy with my Hyundai Elantra. But, Kris Caldwell looked at my needs and showed me a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid that was very nice. Yes, I traded for the Sonata. I'm hoping that the hybrid part of the Sonata will help with gas mileage and finances. Once again, James Hodge Hyundai's team were absolutely fantastic. Kris Caldwell, the salesman, must have been trained by Disney because he definitely keeps you entertained while being very professional and making sure your needs were met. Patrick was very calm, low key and efficient during the financing process. I can't say enough good things about Dave Thompson, the General Manager. Dave was the first and last person I talked with. He's such a gentleman. He has his pulse on everything that happens in that dealership. I am very comfortable with him and James Hodge Hyundai because of learning of his ethics and business viewpoints. Marcellus was so kind and patient as he instructed me on the use of Bluetooth and blue link with the Sonata. He helped set them up on computer and took care of the car set up as well. Of course, I'm looking forward to working with the ever-efficient Melina, their Service Manager. She treats customers like family and makes sure cars rolling out of the service area have received quality care and are in top notch condition. More

Excellent mainteance team and customer service I bought a Hyundai Elantra in June, 2014. It broke down in January, 2015. The nearest Hyundai dealership was in Muskogee, OK. I didn't know anyone I bought a Hyundai Elantra in June, 2014. It broke down in January, 2015. The nearest Hyundai dealership was in Muskogee, OK. I didn't know anyone there, but quickly felt at home. Even though I brought my Elantra in another town and was very happy with the service I received there every time I took the car in for an oil change, I happily changed to James Hodge Hyundai. From the first day until they finally located the problem, repaired the car and through the pick-up process, they treated me like a valued customer and went the extra mile to make sure everything was right before they gave me the car. Melina is the reason I switched my customer loyalty to James Hodge Hyundai. She was honest in every detail and was very sincere in meeting my every needs. I highly recommend James Hodge Hyundai for all your car maintenance, whether it be for a Hyundai or another brand. I have to give Casey credit, too. He is very friendly and very helpful. More

Poor Customer Service I purchased my Elantra with apprx 26,000 miles and have had nothing but issues replaced axel, transmission sensor, wiper assmbly, and replaced tire th I purchased my Elantra with apprx 26,000 miles and have had nothing but issues replaced axel, transmission sensor, wiper assmbly, and replaced tire that was worn to the wires. I presented the first issue of the wiper and was told they would order it and call me. Several weeks later I drove to the dealership only to find they didn't have the part but they would reorder and call me. Again, several weeks later no response so I returned and they did indeed have the part. They replaced the wiper assmbly and at this time I showed them the tire was wearing and that I had to replace it. They said they would check it out and as soon as they had a loaner car they would call me. After apprx 2 months with no response, I returned and was given many excuses by the Service Manager. I finally left the car and they replaced and axel and put three tires to match the one I purchased when one of mine blew out while I was out of state. I asked if the problem was corrected and was told that there was no issue. Now it Feb and I am still trying to get my car fixed. After several phone calls and answers like" the tires put on our not soft enough for what Hyundai would like. However, they put three to match the tire that is apparently not soft enough. I questioned why they would do this and they explained this was the least exspensive route. I returned today to pick up my car because they claimed there is no issue. I requested a oil change when I dropped of the car and was assured that they would complete it. The General Manager said they would do it at no charge. However, a few days ago the Regional Manager contacted me and offered my some kind of credit toward "softer tires" and I explained new tire will not correct the issue and that I just wanted my car fixed. I was called yesterday and told there are no issues and they rescind the offer. I was also told today that they did not change my oil even though they recommended it to be changed. I ask if they were not going to take care of me as a customer and was told by the Regional Manager that he was done taking care of me as a customer as well as everyone in this store. In my opinion, I would not recommend or wish any other customer be treated with the type of disrespect. More

Great Experience We had a wonderful experience buying our new car at this dealership. Myron and Patrick kept us entertained during the whole process and Tim went out o We had a wonderful experience buying our new car at this dealership. Myron and Patrick kept us entertained during the whole process and Tim went out of his way to help me solve the problem with my phone not connecting after we had purchased it.
