I purchased a brand new SHO Taurus. I have been buying cars for 50 years and I have never had this great of an experience. Greg was more knowledgable and understanding of my needs than any sales manager I have been around. Robert always takes care of me and made sure I knew everything about the car at delivery. Roy and his sales team worked with me to make sure that I found the right truck that I wanted and at the right price. I had vested two other dealerships in my search for a new Ford F150 but could not get th found the right truck that I wanted and at the right price. As long time customers and having purchased numerous vehicles at James Hodge Ford, this is our dealer of choice. We live within a 35 mile radius of 3 Ford dealerships (Muskogee being the furthest) but vehicles at James Hodge Ford, this is our dealer of choice. We live within a 35 mile radius of 3 Ford dealerships (Muskogee being the furthest) but the hometown feel and welcome we receive is far and away the best of our 3 closest choices. Everyone at the Dealership was very friendly. No one was pushy or annoying like at some other car dealerships. We appreciate the guys giving us time to breathe when we pulled up to your lot. Cody was very friendly, we were only there to test drive the car. He knew exactly what we needed to hear to make our decision on purchasing the car. He knew alot about the car and if he didn't know something about it he looked it up for us. He seems so down to earth and has a great sense of huimor which was a plus because my family loves to joke around alot. So far i'm enjoying my car except the left signal light doesn't work and the tint on the back window was messed up when someone pulled the paper off the window. Cody set up an appointment for me to get it fixed. Caleb was friendly as well. He did everything he could to help keep my car payments within my price range. Those guys made this one of the easiest and funniest car purchase experience we've ever had. Thank you More
I originally went to look at a 2013 Ford Explorer, which I had seen on the internet. But the salesman called and said that someone had taken delivery of that particular vehicle, but suggested that we come I had seen on the internet. We found a 2014 that had more options than the 2013, and was red, which is my favorite color. I was skeptical that we could get to the right price, with it being a year newer model, but they surprised me and did. I am VERY happy with my Explorer. I have 4 grandkids, and it is great to have plenty of room for all 4 when they go somewhere with us. More
Customer for about 20 years or more, recently took my vehicle in for service and had them change a bulb in my rear tail light, that was missed during the last visit, after having a multi point vehicle in vehicle in for service and had them change a bulb in my rear tail light, that was missed during the last visit, after having a multi point vehicle inspection done, so don't know how it was missed. In either case the bulb cost $3 and I was charged $45 to put it in. I think that's a bit much, so I will be looking for a new dealership. More
