Cody was very friendly, we were only there to test drive the car. He knew exactly what we needed to hear to make our decision on purchasing the car. He knew alot about the car and if he didn't know something about it he looked it up for us. He seems so down to earth and has a great sense of huimor which was a plus because my family loves to joke around alot. So far i'm enjoying my car except the left signal light doesn't work and the tint on the back window was messed up when someone pulled the paper off the window. Cody set up an appointment for me to get it fixed. Caleb was friendly as well. He did everything he could to help keep my car payments within my price range. I originally went to look at a 2013 Ford Explorer, which I had seen on the internet. But the salesman called and said that someone had taken delivery of that particular vehicle, but suggested that we come I had seen on the internet. We found a 2014 that had more options than the 2013, and was red, which is my favorite color. I was skeptical that we could get to the right price, with it being a year newer model, but they surprised me and did. I am VERY happy with my Explorer. I have 4 grandkids, and it is great to have plenty of room for all 4 when they go somewhere with us. More

Customer for about 20 years or more, recently took my vehicle in for service and had them change a bulb in my rear tail light, that was missed during the last visit, after having a multi point vehicle in vehicle in for service and had them change a bulb in my rear tail light, that was missed during the last visit, after having a multi point vehicle inspection done, so don't know how it was missed. In either case the bulb cost $3 and I was charged $45 to put it in. I think that's a bit much, so I will be looking for a new dealership. More
