Can not say enough good things about this dealership. I would have loved to meet Mr. Collins. If all the other employees I meet were that honest, forthcoming, thoughtful and just plain happy you know it I would have loved to meet Mr. Collins. Mayur Reddy took us for a test drive. While we were testing it, it was making an odd sound. Now this is the difference between James Collins Ford and the others, Mayur didn’t tell us “It’s nothing” and turn up the radio, as most salesmen would do. He turned down the radio, listened and said why don’t we drive it to the Mecedes dealership and see if it is anything. Mecedes did check it out and it was fine. Just needed tires. More
