I had shopped around at other dealers and Dennis seemed the most upfront. When he didn't have the answer to any of my questions Brian was there. I went to Bobb Auto because I tried local larger competitor first that I had previous dealings with. However, after my last visit or 2 the competition, I felt it was time for a change. I had seen a few ads and cars on the road from Bobb so I drove out to see them one Monday evening. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Luke and treated with professional & friendly service. I told Luke my needs, wants, budget, and overall goal. Luke helped me by providing me thorough information on a variety of cars, test drives, locating cars etc. When it came to talking numbers and making the deal it was very low stress. I appreciate the fact Luke handled most of the transaction and did not hide behind management like some sales reps do when trying to close a deal. However, I do feel the deal could have been a bit better from the management, but in this case Luke was only the messenger. Luke did everything he could to get me a deal and we eventually agreed on a number. From start to finish, I feel I had a great experience at Bobb and will continue my car business here.
