Mike, I'm sorry to hear your new truck has given you trouble and that our Service Dept. was difficult to reach. I immediately notified the necessary managers to alert them to the situation. They were very concerned and had a meeting regarding this issue. I've been informed that modifications are being made to correct the telephone issue. I was also told that Service reprogrammed a computer module on your vehicle and the check engine light when out. Hopefully, everything will run smoothly from now on. Diane
