I needed the work done in a short window of time and as usual they fit me in, I explained the work I needed done and all that was covered. Jason called with some additional work that was needed to be done usual they fit me in, I explained the work I needed done and all that was covered. When I picked up the car all the work was explained and any questions were answered. I was pleased! More

My service from larry was great he helped us look around for exactly what we wanted and also the right price too so we could actually get it. I purchased my 2nd Car from Eagle in January. We waited until we had everything to post a review because our salesperson was very nice. We thought we would be giving an excellent review. However, It's Ma until we had everything to post a review because our salesperson was very nice. We thought we would be giving an excellent review. However, It's March and we still do not have the title to our car and when we went to put in the direct deposit with the voided slip they never turned it in. We never knew until we got the letter from the bank saying we never made our payment. I have emailed the salesperson multiple times to try to find out where the title was. I was even going to go to the DMV myself to get this fixed. Now, we have to deal with the bank because they never put in the direct deposit slip. I don't get it, what happened to all the paperwork that we filed? Did it jut get tossed aside and forgotten about? We did refer 2 co-workers here. One purchased a car and they did mail us out the $50 check. The other co-worker decided not to purchase a car from them. We also did not have these problems when we purchased our first car through them. That transaction was smooth with no problems. Not this time. I have no idea what is going on. More

We can't say enough about our recent purchase through Eagle Chevrolet. Our Sale Consultant, Harvey Humphrey was absoutely wonderful!!!! He went above and beyond what we expected and went the extra mile to get us the truck we wanted. He understood exactly what we wanted and got us our truck. This is our 2nd truck we have purchased through Harvey and Eagle Chevrolet. We will continue to do business with Harvey and Eagle when looking for our next vehicle. I recently purchased a 2008 HHR SS from a private seller. A few weeks after buying it the transmission starting acting up so i brought it into eagle. When i walked in the service department i was very nicely A few weeks after buying it the transmission starting acting up so i brought it into eagle. When i walked in the service department i was very nicely greeted by Jason. He offered me a loaner car while they diagnosed my car. Jason called me the next day and informed me that i needed a new transmission, and he already ordered it and my car should be done in just a couple days at no charge because there was warranty left on the car that i didnt know about. My car was done in just a couple days and theres been no issues with it since. Thank you to jason and the Eagle service depatrment for making that a very pleasurable expirence. More
