Larry and everyone at Eagle Chevy were so great to work with. They made our car buying experience so easy and convenient. They were willing to take the extra time to work with us and get us the deals that with. They made our car buying experience so easy and convenient. Our situation was a little more complex and Larry did not just tell us "no", he gave us different options and really made sure we understood everything that was happening. This was our first Dealer experience since 1990. It was a no pressure experience with Jeremy or his manager. Also buying or leasing, the best time of the year is at the the end of the model year which I now no pressure experience with Jeremy or his manager. I had previously given a good review for this dealership. I have since changed my opinion. The salesman, was okay but, he did lie to us about certain things. Firstly, I informed him, I did not have a down pa I have since changed my opinion. The salesman, was okay but, he did lie to us about certain things. Firstly, I informed him, I did not have a down payment and, my trade was all I had to work with. He said that was no problem because, they were giving us a $1000. voucher and, THAT would act as a down payment! That was a lie because, they were insisting that we give them some cash! After telling him several times that I didn't have cash, I was refused for the car I wanted. He then called back and, told me, they could put us in a different car for less money. I said fine. Then I asked how much they were allowing us for my trade. He said, $2500. Lie #2! After we decided to buy a 2008 Ford Focus, he said, they would go through it with a fine tooth comb! Lie #3!! Less than 2 weeks later, it was back in the shop with both front wheel bearings blown out! They fixed them. Most of the trouble I had with them is the finance department. They released the car to me before they got their money from the finance company. Big mistake. Our credit was much less than perfect, I understand having to jump through hoops to get financing! They didn't have all the paperwork they needed so, they were annoying us every day up until today! The crap we went through was way too much! Even for someone with terrible credit! More

In recent years I have lost faith in GM and their service departments, I have always owned a GM car or truck and was seriously thinking about another replacing my current truck with another manufacturers pro departments, I have always owned a GM car or truck and was seriously thinking about another replacing my current truck with another manufacturers product. I had a warrantee issue fix with this truck by another dealer only to have the same issue come up and was told it could not be repaired under warrantee, so I inquired at Eagle and Jason did some leg work and got the necessary repairs done and done quick. It has changed my opinion of GM and has instilled a new found faith in Eagle Chevrolet. Thank You Jason!! More
