They diagnosed my problem with the electrical system on my 2001 Chevy Suburban and had me fixed and back on the road within the hour. That is why I will go back for anything I need when in the Johnstown area and would even schedule a visit to the area when needing to get my truck service again. Thanks to Jason Craver who greeted me and got me started and Pete Provenzano who oversaw everything and followed through and up. Also a special thanks to Emily for being so nice while I waited. More

We drove just over an hour to look at there cars and see if the ads I’ve been hearing were true. When we got there we were greeted by Toby and he brought us in to see George, we explained our situation and we were assured they could help us get a car that fit our payments. Toby showed us the cars that they had and we picked the perfect car. There ads are true, they gave us $4,000 more for our trade in than the dealers by us and Frank the finance guy got us approved and a great rate. Service and parts representatives were cordial and cooperative. The dealership stood behind its repair work. Once, a used part placed in my vehicle was not operating properly and they replaced it wi cooperative. The dealership stood behind its repair work. We drove an hour and a half to eagle chevy, after being assured on the phone that they could get us into something in our price range. We got there and they couldn't do a thing! Offered us some ridiculous assured on the phone that they could get us into something in our price range. We got there and they couldn't do a thing! Offered us some ridiculous deal over a hundred dollars more a month than what we told them we were looking to pay for a 5 year old truck. They tried to tell us we were being unrealistic, we would never get into a truck with our price range. Well let me tell you, we left went to another dealer and not only did we get into a truck, we got a lower payment that we had hoped. For the people.. yea right. They up your trade-in which is wonderful, but they also jack up the prices of the cars/trucks. Never again. Huge waste of time. More
