Purchased car and platinum plus warranty (which requires 2 sets of keys), on 1/2/14. have not received 2nd set of keys yet, after multiple attempts to get the set. Found several things wrong with car - b 2 sets of keys), on 1/2/14. have not received 2nd set of keys yet, after multiple attempts to get the set. Found several things wrong with car - back windshield wiper not emitting fluid, a groan coming from the back when coming off of a curve, discolored body on back half of driver's side of car. I was told in the beginning that the "key person" would show up the following week to make a new key. Dealership had car to buff out scratches...no key. Tried again for the following week - no key person. Jake supposed to get in touch with person and after a week and a half of not hearing, called him back. He then stated that he would call the person, he could still make key at place of my choosing and the dealership would pay. The salesperson gave me the key persons number, i called him, found out he is only in the area on Mondays and Fridays (why would you tell me the numerous times before in the middle of the week he would make the key??) AND he needed a paper from the dealership to make the key, AND, by the way, I can only cut it at the dealership. This tells me that the sales person did not talk to him about the situation at all. This makes my warfranty for which I am paying, INVALID. In ADDITION, bad tires - the maintenance light went off a week after purchasing the vehicle AFTER having a conversation with sales person about the tires. Second maintenance light went off to change the oil and filter. WHAT DID THEY CHECK ON THE CAR. Requested the checklist for all of the "required maintenance" salesperson said was done on the car. Have sent 2 emails, left messages, no call back. Also sent email to sales Manager, JC Baker, as of today, no response. Unfortunately, me, my lemon and the dealership will be heading to the better business bureau and court if I don't hear from them by the end of the week. More

Steve answered questions over the phone before I made the trip from Columbus. When I arrived, I was not disappointed. The car was completely detailed and looked brand new inside and out. I'm picky about the condition of my cars but I couldn't have been happier. After a short test drive, I knew I had found my next car! Steve helped navigate all of the paperwork and I was on the road in my Scion xB before lunch. I have been driving it for over a year now and haven't had a single maintenance issue. Wonderful vehicle, excellent dealership and Steve Jackson really made the whole experience a positive one. Thanks Steve! More

I wasn't sure which brand of used car I wanted, so Dave got keys to all of the SUV's I was interested in and told me about each one. Then he told me to test drive as many as I wanted. When I drove the Hyundai, I knew it was the car for me! Dave's mom has one and loves it. I figured if he recommended the car that his mom drives, then it must be a good, reliable car. He asked me several times if I was sure I wanted that car, because he didn't want to sell me a car that I wasn't 100% satisfied with. Not only am I thrilled with the Santa Fe, I feel that I have never been treated so well at a car dealership. I will recommend Dave to anyone I know of who is looking for a car, including two of my own sons! More

When I visited the used car department, I was just looking for a used suburban. Tyrone approached me and showed me a couple, but I told him I'd rather look around by myself for a while. He said fine, he understood and gave me a piece of paper and pencil and told me to look around and if I see anything I'm interested in to write the stock number down and he would get the information for. Being in sales myself, I appreciated the fact that he wasn't pushy, and let me do my thing. The next day I went back with some suburban's I wanted to look at . I picked the one I was most interested in and test drove it and bought it. The low pressure sales, respect for the customer, and the good customer service is what I liked about Tyrone and why I bought. Greg Thielmeyer More
