I originally came in looking for a car that had already been sold, but he was able to very quickly find multiple cars with similar miles in the same price range. I almost gave this review a 3/5 based on Troy Copenhaver, who literally berated me over asking for a $100 price difference than what he was hoping to get, defending my price based on about 4 similar or newer cars being sold at other dealerships. He tried to claim that they would be the only dealership able to get me the interest rate they were offering, which was frankly quite insulting considering I had an over 700 credit score. The ONLY reason I'm giving five stars is because of how wonderful my experience with Kyle was. I'd hate to penalize him for how rude his counterpart was, due to how wonderful of a job he had done. Any lower number of stars reflects entirely on Troy, not Kyle. I would easily recommend Kyle to anyone I know needing a car, but I hope I never have to buy one from him again, as I hope he's promoted LONG before I need another set of wheels. More

Kyle Wade was great. After some negotiating, we were able to come up with a fairly reasonable agreement that put me in a next-to-new 2016 Ford Fusion despite a few credit blemishes. Whether you're in the market for a used vehicle, have poor credit, great credit, or building credit I highly recommend both this dealership and Kyle Wade. A very pleasant experience overall. More

Biggest issues, but not limited to, being that the agreed upon amount was almost $1000 higher when we got to the finance portion of the sale. I later find out that the ASKING price on their website was $6988 not the $11000 that the salesman started out at to 'Drop' the price for us to $8500. Guess he was hoping for a higher commission. I got zero after the sale support from my salesman. If it was not for Mike Gaunt in the finance department keeping in touch and being so amazing we would have returned the car before the deal was finalized.
