Thanks Joe I was sold a lemon and was completely pissed off, but upon return of the vehicle Joe Collins the man who sold me the car originally made things right. He took back the used lemon and put me in a brand new car. I recommend him specifically because he (Joe Collins) is a great salesman, while his boss on the other hand was dismissive and a bit of a jerk. Steve Fliehman not only his out until I was done dealing with Joe Collins he came out of hiding only to try to dismiss me after a financing hang-up. More

Convoluted I came in looking to trade in my car for a more dependable newer vehicle. My salesman Mitchell was friendly and extremely helpful. Recall visit Work was completed same day but much later than expected. Dropped vehicle day before scheduled work but still didn’t get car back until 6pm. Also, was informed that the lifetime oil changes that were part of the purchase agreement was not going to be honored after this current oil change. Thought lifetime meant as long as I owned the vehicle. How can a dealer decide to discontinue this service that was part of the contract to purchase the vehicle. Ready to trade in my Mazda 6 but not sure I would shop at any Sweeney owned dealer after being told this. More

Dealership will not keep promise - will not return I purchased a 2007 Saturn Vue new from this Jake Sweeny dealership when they sold Saturns. When General Motors discontinued the Saturn Brand, I recei I purchased a 2007 Saturn Vue new from this Jake Sweeny dealership when they sold Saturns. When General Motors discontinued the Saturn Brand, I received a letter signed by Jake Sweeny, Jr. telling me that to show his deep appreciation for my loyalty he was instructing the service teams at the Western Hills and Tri-County facilities to offer free oil changes for the life of our Saturn vehicles (2 per year). This promise was kept until my last oil change when I was told they were discontinuing this "program". I notified the General Manager Robert Sabbagh of this and emailed him a copy of the letter stating I was unhappy with this. I was told that there is now a Shamrock Club that took the offer's place. I sent a follow up email explaining my feelings and have heard NOTHING in response. The email I sent is as follows... "I do not understand how an expression of appreciation for ones loyalty to a company can be "Discontinued". It is NOT a program that has various perks that can be replaced by a different program. This gift was given because General Motors turned their backs on their loyal Saturn owners but Jake Sweeny Jr. did not. He took care of his customers and gave them an assurance that he would instruct his team to give them free oil changes (2 per year) for the life of their Saturn automobile. This brought us into the Sweeny dealership on a regular basis, looking at new Mazdas while we were getting our cars serviced, and still considering this dealership family home. I feel VERY differently now. I would like to know how the Sweeny family feels about this." I would still like to know how the Sweeny family feels about this. When it comes time for me to buy a new car, why would I go to a Jake Sweeny dealership. How can you trust a dealership that won't keep its word? More
