Terrible Customer Service Cost Me BIG I was never thrilled with the service that I received at this location, but the location was convenient to home. When their failure to apply my warran I was never thrilled with the service that I received at this location, but the location was convenient to home. When their failure to apply my warranty after being asked on three occasions cost me over $500, it was confirmed that this is the worst service center I've ever visited. I wish I could rate with zero stars. AVOID AT ALL COST OR IT WILL COST YOU. More
Worst Experience Ever I am a 21 year old college student who recently purchased my first car (a 2013 Kia Optima). I have recently been having issues getting it to start aft I am a 21 year old college student who recently purchased my first car (a 2013 Kia Optima). I have recently been having issues getting it to start after it sits out all night in the cold. I replaced the battery and the key fob battery but the issue still remained. I took my car into Jake Sweeney Kia hoping for them to find the issue but not only could they.not find the problem, they instead tried to sell me a $36,000 car I can't afford being as I'm a poor college student. They were very good at convincing me that I could make enough money back on my current car and the payments would be low, etc. you know, what all salesmen do. But even after I told the salesman how much money I made, he said "oh I'll just say you make $50,000 in our system" which wasn't even close to true. He also said my monthly payment would be close to what I currently pay but after waiting hours on him while he "negotiated" with the owner, he told me it would be double. He also tried to convince me to get my parents to help pay for the car. This was all happening while my car was in their shop. Later when the mechanic told me they couldn't find the problem, I asked if I could take a loaner and leave the car there for a few days. They told me since I was under 25 that I couldn't take out a loaner but instead I should just buy a new car. Since I needed my car fixed, I decided to pretend I was interested in the car they were selling me so that I would have a ride home. They did let me take the car home for a 24 hour test drive. The next morning, I called service and they said they still couldn't find the problem but that I needed to bring the car back. I asked for a different loaner but when I told them I was not buying a new car, they said no. In addition to this, my salesman was incredibly unprofessional. In fact, he even told me he had recently gotten a DUI. This dealership was the worst dealership I've ever been to and it is clear they only care about money. If you don't buy something from them, they will hang you out to dry. The next day I called a different dealership and not only did they say they'd take the car until they figured out the problem, but they would also let me loan a car for as long as it took. Trust me, Jake Sweeney Kia is not worth your time. I would not recommend this place to anyone. That being said, Kias are wonderful cars so if you are looking to purchase one, please look anywhere but Jake Sweeney Kia. More

When I walked in Angela (Service Advisor), was very hel From the beginning to the end my visit to Jake Sweeney Kia in Florence, KY was very PLEASANT!! When I walked in Angela (Service Advisor), was very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. She offered drinks and guided me to a more comfortable waiting area. I initially came in because my push to start key fob was lost somewhere in my vehicle, so I ordered a replacement, and was going to pay nearly $300. Once my vehicle was drove in to be serviced I met with a Service Tech by the name of Troy. Who was also very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Troy offered to search for my key fob. I've had my car serviced elsewhere, where Techs also said they would or have looked all over my vehicle for it. I've even looked everywhere for it. Couldn't find it anywhere!! While I waited in the waiting area, both Angela and Troy came to find me, to deliver the good news. That Troy had found my key fob. Both Angela and Troy went over and beyond for me this morning. They're definitely the true definition of what Customer Service should be! They've really made my day:) Thanks to them I'll definitely be doing business at this location again, and spreading the word and recommending this location!!! Great experience I had an appointment for a tire rotation and i also needed another key for my car because i had only received one when i purchased it. i dropped my ca I had an appointment for a tire rotation and i also needed another key for my car because i had only received one when i purchased it. i dropped my car off at the service center, and went to talk to someone about the key. A man approached me and asked me my name, i told him why i there. He went into his office and about five minutes later, came back and said let's go get you a key. He personally walked me back over to the service center and made all the arrangements for my key to be made, he also offered to cover the cost of the tire rotation. Thank you Jesse Parks for all you did and the personal attention. More

When the warranty would not cover anything they took it upon then selves to take care of the problem. Jessie of the sales dept took total control and made sure everything was taking care of. Tony Darpel from service dept was also in control of all of the service that took place. Mary also from service was also very helpful in everything that took place. Last but not least the owner Coby Sweeney. Thank you to all involved for everything that was done to help us. More
