We didn’t believe it because of the service we had gotten prior so Angela told us that we needed a new radio because our speak button wasn’t working. Scott was my contact person and I was impressed with his professionalism and the fact that he did everything I asked about and the job was completed ahead of the estimated time. I have asked that all email be sent to Dianne@linstruth.net, not once but four different times and yet here I am responding to an email forwarded to me by my husband. Four people have told me it was taken care of. Hopefully it will be now. More

Staple in tire Bought the car the week before Christmas. From the first day one of the tires was losing pressure. Was told it was probably weather and to wait. Took Bought the car the week before Christmas. From the first day one of the tires was losing pressure. Was told it was probably weather and to wait. Took it out and found a staple in tire and it could not be repaired. Had to purchase 3 new tires because of difference in tread wear. Replaced the defective tire free of charge. Was an expense I didn’t expect after just buying the car to purchase 3 new tires. Angela Feldkamp was a perfect example of good customer service. They did give some free oil changes and tire rotations. More
