My husband originally went and looked at and picked out the car, since he was to be the primary driver of the car. The car is very nice and we have had many compliments on it and have recommended the dealership as well as our salesman to numerous people. Good experience. More
Many of the salesman on the floor seemed to lack a superior professional manner in presenting themselves and the company for which they represent. The one exception to this I noticed was Joe Netto, w superior professional manner in presenting themselves and the company for which they represent. The one exception to this I noticed was Joe Netto, whom assisted me in my purchase. Mr. Netto helped me in every facet of the buying process to which I am very grateful for. He was very profession yet not overbearing and he along with your finance department helped me obtain the vehicle I wanted and they did so by extending themselves beyond what other dealerships I had visited prior to this one had provided. I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with Mr. Netto and you finance dept., but also I don't know if I would have made a purchase by just pulling in to browse just by seeing a group of 6 or 7 salesmen standing in a circle smoking and cutting up with each other in front of the building. Regardless, I think Mr. Netto deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service and patience along with his professional attitude. More

The dealership was very thoughtful when we stopped on a Saturday evening after hours. Though we did not purchase that night they were very kind in working with us. We received a call two days later asking of our interest and made another offer. After we countered, they came back with what seemed a fair deal on both ends. They were very patient dealing with us with all our questions. You see, even though my wife and I are both 50/51, this was our very first brand new car. They went out of their way to offer us all the incentives available and made a generous offer on our worn out trade in. Our salesman took a great deal of time explaining all the issues of our new car. Even the manager was very personable with us and our 9th grade son commented on how much he enjoyed visiting with the manager. It was a good experience and we will highly recommend this dealership to others. More

Dear Joe, I can never say THANK YOU enough for the Dear Joe, I can never say THANK YOU enough for the experience we had at Jake Sweeney Kia!! When we came into the dealership that day, we came in a Dear Joe, I can never say THANK YOU enough for the experience we had at Jake Sweeney Kia!! When we came into the dealership that day, we came in as two people that had been through so much in the past 6 years, that had ripped us from the life we had worked hard to get to, into a dark and humbling world, where we were ashamed to ask for anything. I feel God sent us to Jake Sweeney for a reason, that reason was YOU. I believe He wanted to use you to make us feel that from that day forward, we would be on the road to rebuilding our lives. Some may feel that buying a car is no big deal...you walk in, say "I want that one", and fill out some papers, and you drive off with that car. Not for people like us. We think hard and long about asking for anything, because when you go through Bankruptcy, it makes you feel unworthy to ask for anything. I was driving a 1998 Aurora that was on it's last leg. I never knew if it would start in the morning, or if I would get home at night. We worried all the time. We decided that we would go see if we could possibly be able to get something better. I was sick all that Friday night, worried about being embarrassed sitting in an office talking about filing bankruptcy. It is still embarrassing to us to admit. We pulled into the lot, and out you walked. You started talking and I felt like I had known you for a while! :) You have a gift from God in that you put people at ease. We explained our situation, and you said something that I will never will forget. You said "Sharon...Just because I am on this side of the desk, does not mean I look down on you, or can't understand what you have been through." Joe, you were a Blessing to me. We were so excited that with the work from you and your office, we walked out with not a used car...A BRAND NEW KIA FORTE!! :) I had not had a new car in so long, that I had forgotten what it was like! I LOVE it!! It drives like a dream, and no more worries about whether or not I have a ride to and from work!! I pray for you to do well in sales, and I pray for all good blessings your your life.
