I went in to the dealership with the intension of purchasing a new Optima at a good price and that's exactly what i did. Also meeting a great salesperson in the process. My husband originally went and looked at and picked out the car, since he was to be the primary driver of the car. He told me about it and how well they worked with him to get the payment to a price we co the car, since he was to be the primary driver of the car. Many of the salesman on the floor seemed to lack a superior professional manner in presenting themselves and the company for which they represent. The one exception to this I noticed was Joe Netto, w superior professional manner in presenting themselves and the company for which they represent. The one exception to this I noticed was Joe Netto, whom assisted me in my purchase. Mr. Netto helped me in every facet of the buying process to which I am very grateful for. He was very profession yet not overbearing and he along with your finance department helped me obtain the vehicle I wanted and they did so by extending themselves beyond what other dealerships I had visited prior to this one had provided. I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with Mr. Netto and you finance dept., but also I don't know if I would have made a purchase by just pulling in to browse just by seeing a group of 6 or 7 salesmen standing in a circle smoking and cutting up with each other in front of the building. Regardless, I think Mr. Netto deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service and patience along with his professional attitude. More

The dealership was very thoughtful when we stopped on a Saturday evening after hours. Though we did not purchase that night they were very kind in working with us. We received a call two days later asking of our interest and made another offer. After we countered, they came back with what seemed a fair deal on both ends. They were very patient dealing with us with all our questions. You see, even though my wife and I are both 50/51, this was our very first brand new car. They went out of their way to offer us all the incentives available and made a generous offer on our worn out trade in. Our salesman took a great deal of time explaining all the issues of our new car. Even the manager was very personable with us and our 9th grade son commented on how much he enjoyed visiting with the manager. It was a good experience and we will highly recommend this dealership to others. More
