We went to Sweeney Kia to purchase a crossover/SUV type vehicle. With one Sorento in our drive way, there was not much of a question about quality or value. The staff are very accommodating and worked tirelessly to provide us with outstanding service. I would highly recommend this dealership and the KIA make. As a footnote, while we were there Mr Sweeney and my husband had a very nice chat. It's easy to see why the dealership is customer service friendly.... I am emailing this review for my mother in law since she doesn't have a home computer. My mother in law's car broke down (after a mechanic said nothing was wrong with it) & had to be towed. Our family felt it was time for her to find a new vehicle. My husband & I have bought from Jake Sweeney Kia and have been very happy with the staff & dealership as a whole, so we took her around looking on a Sunday to let her look around. We knew the dealership was not open (which I think is great!) but at least we could take a look. We thought the Rio, Forte' or possibly the Soul. When we first mentioned the Soul she said no. Well once she saw the Soul & figured out it wasn't the "fishbowl" looking box she was in love. The dealership officially opened at 10:00 A.M. but she was excited to get there to make sure the one she wanted was still available, so we arrived before 9:30. Paul Kholman met us at the door & introduced us to Richard Dulany. Richard was very friendly & knowledgeable about the Kia line. He and Paul worked (patiently) together along with Shane to figure out financing for my mother in law & Coby was there & was kind enough to give us something for her 10 year old broke down car that we had towed there. As always you wish you could have gotten it for less $$ but at least I feel the business could have not gone to a nicer group of people. I was even able to introduce her to Tony Darpel, so that when she has Service needs she knows someone already. More

Richard is a very friendly and knowledgeable sales person. He owns a Soul, so he has a lot of personal experience.
