Choose a salesperson carefully! My husband and I bought a used Kia on 9/20/2014. Our salesperson was Joe Netto. I was promised window tint, floor mats, paint touch up on the day of p My husband and I bought a used Kia on 9/20/2014. Our salesperson was Joe Netto. I was promised window tint, floor mats, paint touch up on the day of purchase. Joe said he would contact me the following week to bring the car in and have these done. I never received a call and finally tried to contact him 9/26. No answer. I tried again on 10/03. Nothing. I called again 10/06 and he said to contact the tint place directly however, could not offer me a name or number. He told me he would contact me when he got back to his desk. He did not respond. I called again on 10/9 and he responded by text and told me it was his day off but, to take my car to the dealership and they would get it taken care of. He also said he sent me an email with the info, however, I never received one. I went to the dealership and no one knew anything about it. At that time I spoke with a sales manager, Ryan Thomas. He was absolutely awesome! He gave me a loaner car and put the mats in before I left. He had my tint done as promised. The only thing I'm waiting on is the paint to be touched up. I was very impressed by Ryan. He is the only reason I gave the scores I did on this review. Joe I absolutely would not recommend as he has very poor customer service! 10/16/14 Paint was touched up as promised! I want to give a big thank you to Ryan Thomas for everything he did! More

I felt like he was not a typical salesman trying to pressure you into something you don't want or need. He was great at helping me with every step of the way. I would highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a different car. Honestly i don't trust a lot of salesman but he was different. He is very personable and very helpful. Can't say enough amazing things about my experience with him.!!!!! More

Unproductive We went to this dealership to look at a specific car, and negotiate a fair price. We took the car for the drive and loved it, however we could not ge We went to this dealership to look at a specific car, and negotiate a fair price. We took the car for the drive and loved it, however we could not get the radio to work. We filled out the credit app and waited, and waited, and waited. We felt like we were imposing when asked a question of when would know something as I had to be a work. I felt the sale person to be very impersonal and non-caring about what we had to do and what we wanted. Never got an approval, but he said to take the car anyway, as he was SURE he would get an approval, this was over a holiday weekend so I understand why it took so long. He said he would call us when he heard something. He called Tuesday, and said he had to be out at the dealership ASAP as the deal that he got for us wasn't going to last long so basically telling us to drop everything and rush out there, which I don't understand how a deal could just fall through like that. So I got out that, and he said that the approval did not come through on the car we wanted, but rather on another car.. I didn't want that car, I wanted the other car....but now that he could not get an approval on that car, it was an awful car, and this one was so much better. I told him I had to leave at a specific time to get back to work, and he said no problem, evidently he had to go to a funeral, and left me someone else's hand. Well it got to be the time for me to leave, and no one was around, so I got up and left. Got a call at 5;00 from Joe asking what happened. He told me about this other car, I asked the price he didn't know It seems at this dealership all they care about is getting you in a car, not the one that you want. I didn't feel Joe was very knowadgeable about the cars, and basically just left us sitting around all day. I was unimpressed by the way we were treated, and just left to sit, as he had "other" customers to deal with. NOt much personal service. We were supposed to back out the next day, and we talked about and didn't want to pursue buying a car from this dealership. I t was just not a good experience. I felt like the time they thought was important was theirs, not ours. So we won't be back. More

I stopped by the Kings auto mall, Jeff Wyler, and Superior I was frustrated to no end. Then I stopped by Jake Sweeney Kia and ran into Scott Dees and immediately I could tell they were different. I was the best car buying experience of my life. They gave me the best price for my trade in and gave me a great deal on my new car. Even when the manager Ryan came out to discuss my trade in, I really felt like wanted my business and that I wasn't just buying a car from a BIG CAR LOT but, from a family business. More

Drove 2 hrs was told we cold see car upon arrival he even checked to see if car was there while speaking with us initially. He then called us as we are driving to make sure we would be keeping our appt. we were on our way. He says nothing but great. We arrive and he greets us with. Well that specific car is not here our owner Mr Sweeneys friend has it. But I have many for you to choose from It goes down hill from there!! He insulted us time after time. Told us you wouldn't want to trade for our car. You don't put old cars like ours on your lot. He then proceeded to say we look like upstanding citizens asks us have we ever been bankrupt? NO. We were not doing a credit application. We came fully prepared to write a check already approved from our bank I have owned and operated my own business for 38 yrs. And my husband is a Postmaster. He has been with the US Postal Service 39 yrs. We thought you should know. I'm sure this is not the norm at Sweeney since your ratings are what brought us there. However we will not be returning More
