The service team worked diligently to figure out the issue. They contacted Kia Tech to work through ideas on what could be causing the shimmy. It took a few different ideas to finally come up with the solution but Josh and Tony remained understanding and helpful throughout the entire experience. The service team were all friendly and professional. It was an annoying situation that was made bearable by these great individuals. I am very annoyed and frustrated with my experience. I came to get an oil change and they broke my lug nut while rotating my tires. They did not have a lug nut and said they had to order the part. I find this ridiculous considering they are a service center and they do not have something as basic as a lug nut. So I drive all the way from Covington back to Florence the next morning and they tell me it will be an hour to replace the lug nut. This is the worst experience, I want to cry. I will not come back here. More
Anyone who would buy a vehicle from Jake Sweeney in Florence Kentucky needs their head examined because they're nothing but a bunch of rip off people. They do nothing but lie to you in order to sell lemons to people who are on Social Security and have to hold a part time job yet struggles everyday just to make ends meet yet Trust people like them to do them right. My problem is trusting the wrong individuals but always giving others a chance to make things right. But that definitely didn't happen with these crooks. Anyone who gets charged $22083.00 for a vehicle shouldn't have to have it in a service garage 4 different times in 7 weeks of owning it and making a payment of $319 a month and another $236.00 per month for insurance. This dealership has no respect for customers. I was treated like a criminal for using my own financing after being lied to about them being able to match my banks rates. After all of that I still wanted the car so I decided to ignore the experience. After my wife rated them on this site they called me within an hour of taking delivery and said they would not sell me the car because of the rating. I had reviewed Them on dealer rater I was told to call and wanted to make it better. We went back in the dealer apologized. I completed my loan. The day I was supposed to pick up my car they decided to cancel the sale because of the review I made even though they took a thousand dollar deposit. An hour before I was supposed to pick up my new car three days after the initial review. So be warned. Don’t listen to a word from this dealership they do not honor their word or any ones business because they get new cars and they are hard to find. Take what you can get we can talk to you how ever we feel like and there is nothing you can do about it. More
Dealer was great walked in with an 815 credit score ready to put money down. Got all the way through financing they ran my credit saying they could get us a 2.99 credit score. They used the wrong rate sheet for the bank that changed on April 13th. Gave me false information after they already ran my credit when I told them I could get a better rate somewhere else. The finance guy talked to us like we didn’t know what we’re talking about. I did loans for 4+ years and they we were stupid. We were ready to walk out the door and buy that car. I will not buy a vehicle from someone who has terrible customer service. Like my business did not matter. I would have even worked with them but if you are going to talk to me like my concerns don’t matter and that I didn’t know anything about my own credit score. Do not go here if you have any self respect. More

Flew in to get car, they knew I was coming, paper work was not ready, took over 90 min to get on the road. Told them I didn't want any extras added to the sale yet they added a 1600 sealant protector and was not ready, took over 90 min to get on the road. I bought a Kia Seltos from a dealership in Dayton Ohio. This dealer said it would take 2 months to order the car. So we ordered the car. Several weeks later, I asked about an update since we were thinking This dealer said it would take 2 months to order the car. So we ordered the car. Several weeks later, I asked about an update since we were thinking of buying from available Seltos cars elsewhere, the person I was working with said that was no problem if we found a car elsewhere. He did not really care if he sold us one or not. I was surprised by that since we had bought a new car there 14 years ago and thought we would be treated as valued customers. Incidentally, they wrote on all the purchase paperwork that our car bought 14 years ago was a Spectra and not a Rondo. This has caused us all kinds of Title headaches. I went back to find out how to turn on the interior lights in the new Seltos and they told me it didn't have any. So I went to order the interior light kit and they never called me. So I drove there and they had my ordered kit. I went to the service desk to schedule an appointment. They have no weekend hours and I can drive there by 4:30 pm but they only stay open until 6 pm and they said that is not enough time. So now I will have to find out if I can take off vacation time next year to do this. I bet you they sell that lighting kit to someone else in the meantime. I do not feel like a valued customer at this dealership. Each time I go there, they provide a reason they cannot help me. The Cody that worked with us ordering the car seems to not work there anymore. By the way, we ended up buying our 2022 Seltos from Beavercreek Ohio Kia. Not at Jake Sweeney Florence. They just did not seem to care of we bought there or not. Same goes for their parts and service departments. More
