Terrible Customer Service Cost Me BIG I was never thrilled with the service that I received at this location, but the location was convenient to home. When their failure to apply my warran I was never thrilled with the service that I received at this location, but the location was convenient to home. When their failure to apply my warranty after being asked on three occasions cost me over $500, it was confirmed that this is the worst service center I've ever visited. I wish I could rate with zero stars. AVOID AT ALL COST OR IT WILL COST YOU. More

They will not give any clear concise written description of what needs to be done in order to keep a warranty, however they are quick to tell you on the phone that "Everything should be fine with normal maintenance." I have always heard that car dealerships were crooks but these guys took the cake. Everyone from the salesman, to his boss, to the warranty and paperwork people, to even the sales info people that answer the phone are terrible. I'd stay as far away from this place as possible unless you like to be lied to. More
