I didn't think it was possible After several visits to multiple car lots I had practically given up. I finally came to the realization that I was going to be stuck in my 2004 Taurus After several visits to multiple car lots I had practically given up. I finally came to the realization that I was going to be stuck in my 2004 Taurus forever. On my way home I stopped by Jake Sweeney Kia. I ran into a guy that happened to be the Manager. His name was Ryan Thomas. Ryan took the time to explain their process and what he could do to help me (I thought yeah right here we go again). I figured what do I have to lose, so I followed him inside. Ryan had a guy named Andrew get all my information and ask me some questions about my trade and what kind vehicle I was interested in. After about 15-20 minutes talking to Andrew he took what I said into Ryan's office. He came out with a smile on his face and said " Great News! We've got a bank that's willing to work with your situation." I was completely shocked and wasn't sure if I'd even heard him right. Andrew told me to wait right here and I'll get a few vehicles together for you to choose from. He pulled up a 2015 Malibu, a 2014 Forte, and a 14 Optima! I couldn't believe it was happening. I went straight for the Certified Kia Optima and immediately fell in love with it on the test drive. It took less than 10 minutes for me to make my decision. I told Andrew if he could get the Optima to fit inside my payment range that I'd take it. He went back into Ryan's office and returned with the figures. It was the easiest and nicest car buying experience that I've ever had. I should have started at Jake Sweeney Kia 1st and I could have saved a lot of time and frustration. Go to Jake Sweeney 1st and ask for Andrew or Ryan Thomas, you won't be sorry. More
