We visited the Florence dealership real briefly one day just to get him out of the house for the first time. We planned on doing just a "drive by" because he could not stay in the sitting position very long without being in pain. Once there, the people at KIA was willing to just have us park and they brought the Sorento to us to view. They were so kind and understanding! After that I actually worked with Drew Usleaman mostly by text and phone to complete the deal... He was willing to help in any way possible and even had all of the paperwork ready for us once we got there so that my husband did not have to be there any longer than necessary! We had a particular make and model in mind and had been t We visited Jake Sweeney Kia this morning to look for a first car for my college bound teen. We had a particular make and model in mind and had been to several other dealers already. Several dealers websites stated they had the car, but didn't. We learned our lesson and called ahead to Sweeney's. Cameron had the vehicle ready to go and brought it around to us. We didn't even have to walk out on the lot. He knew a bit about the particular vehicle, but not a lot, and let us know. He didn't try to answer questions he didn't know the answer to, he said he'd look into it and have those answers for us ASAP. While we looked at the vehicle Cameron took care of the test drive paperwork and left us alone. There was no hovering, the additional sales folks left us alone, but were nearby should we need additional help. When we got back from the test ride Cameron discussed the particular vehicle and the others we had looked at. He didn't try to talk up his offering, or dissuade us from the others. All in all, this was a very positive and pleasant experience, and quite unlike the other places we'd been to earlier. I don't know if we'll end up buying from Sweeney's folks or not, but we certainly can recommend them and will likely be back as we narrow our choices. More

Awesome Purchase Experience I had searched on the internet for a Fiat 500X. I found one that I liked in white at Jake Sweeney Florence. When I was contacted by Ryan via e-mail I had searched on the internet for a Fiat 500X. I found one that I liked in white at Jake Sweeney Florence. When I was contacted by Ryan via e-mail, he was very helpful and provided a lot of information so I decided to visit the dealership. Upon meeting Ryan, he totally put me at ease and had the specific vehicle I had seen ready to test drive. Once I drove the 500X I loved it but was still unsure. Ryan answered my follow-up questions but, amazingly, put absolutely no pressure on me to decide at that moment. I had never experienced such wonderful customer service at a car dealership before. Ryan followed up with me with the details and after a couple days of consideration I went back and purchased the Fiat. I love my car and I highly recommend Jake Sweeney to everyone I know. More
