Not Happy with the overall customer service. When I first showed up at the dealership. It took 20 minutes just for someone to come out to the lot to see if they could help me. When I was in the process of closing on the car there was a cost of over 300.00 for some type of protection that they put On the car inside and out that I was not aware of. I told the financial guy about it and Brent but all they said that it was part of the deal. My overall experience with the purchase of the car has not been good at all. Communication is the key. Making sure the customer is satisfied and letting them know what the status is on the car when you take it in for service. Overall experience is not good at all. More

I started off with an online application for a 17 Soul and Steven Berry contacted me almost immediately after words. I don't have a lot of time as I have 3 kids, work and a single parent. I told him everything I wanted and needed over email as this was the most convenient form of communication for me. He never once steered me away from anything I was asking for and understood I needed an SUV type vehicle that I would be able to fit a wheelchair in. I had to take my trade in for an appraisal and with limited time he had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Once we had agreed on numbers I went into the dealership and was surprised that not only had he worked super hard and made the process hassle free but was able to get me into a 2018! My very first brand new vehicle!! Steven was the by far the best sales person I could have asked for and made my experience with KIA one that I will continue to go back.
