Took it out and found a staple in tire and it could not be repaired. Had to purchase 3 new tires because of difference in tread wear. Replaced the defective tire free of charge. Was an expense I didn’t expect after just buying the car to purchase 3 new tires. Angela Feldkamp was a perfect example of good customer service. They did give some free oil changes and tire rotations. More

Was told it would get near the mileage I wanted after it broke in. MPG was my biggest priority. I’ve already put 3k miles on the car. It’s not getting the mileage I wish it would and now I’m stuck with it. Car runs great. The sales guy did a pretty good job figuring out what we needed. Wish I had pressed to try a few other vehicles with better mpg. The service department at Kia was the best I’ve experienced. Not sure it would be enough to make me buy there again. More
