I would give Cam Carlotto a 10/10. We purchased a Kia EV9 from out of state and he was great. He was very responsive, answered all my questions, and worked to get us a deal that we were comfortable with, and applied no pressure! He did come in on his day off for delivery, even though the paperwork had been completed. We accidently left our ezpass in our trade, and he is taking the time to mail it back to us which I also appreciate. I hope my future car purchases can be this easy! More
Service was quick and very thorough. Staff was courteous and friendly. Have used Kia service for many years and plan on doing so in the future. Staff was courteous and friendly. Have used Kia service for many years and plan on doing so in the future. More
Every time I go there for service they never check and fill air for tires. I specifically told the service guy to fill tires to specs and they didn’t again! Same low uneven tire pressures as when I pulled fill air for tires. I specifically told the service guy to fill tires to specs and they didn’t again! Stacey (he/him) is the reason car salesmen get a bad reputation. I was completely transparent with him and my situation the entire week leading up to the purchase of a car. I'm disabled at the moment on reputation. I was completely transparent with him and my situation the entire week leading up to the purchase of a car. I'm disabled at the moment on short term disability and due to high medical bills had to file bankruptcy. I needed a co-signer which I had. I told him, I wasn't paying the sticker price and my monthly payments can't go over a certain amount as I'm on a fixed income. HE ASSURED ΜΕ THROUGHOUT THE WEEK AND JUST PRIOR TO SIGNING PAPERWORK THAT, He understands and he'll take care of me. "I won't pay sticker price." I told him, "If you can't do this, let me know because I have another car at Hyundai I was interested in." He continues to say, he'll get me a deal. He put the entire loan, registration and title in my "co-signers" name. I'm NOWHERE ON ANY OF THE DOCUMENTS. I can't even get my car insured under me! This was never addressed. Then I get home and look at the paperwork, HE IN FACT DID NOT GIVE ME ANY TYPE OF DEAL. "I'M" PAYING STICKER PRICE AND MY PAYMENTS ARE NOT IDEAL .Stacey took advantage of my situation and he lied to me and my co-signer to get a sale. I'm still within the 3 business days of having the car retuned. By Wednesday if things are not fixed and resolved, I will be dropping the car off on the lot. If you're looking for a an honest, hassle free dealership, this is not it. More
The people I worked with at Jake Sweeney Kia were all very nice but there was one major issue that causes me to not recommend them. I went to the dealership to look at a new EV6 GT-Line. As I first start very nice but there was one major issue that causes me to not recommend them. I went to the dealership to look at a new EV6 GT-Line. As I first started talking to the salesman I mentioned that I had recently looked at a new Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited. I said I understood that the EV6 GT-Line and Ioniq 5 Limited are very similar. He agreed. During the conversation I said I read Hyundai offers Bluelink+ on all 2024 and newer Hyundais to the original owner free of charge for as long as that owner owns the car. He said that Kia has the same thing called Kia Connect. I liked the look of the EV6 better than the Ioniq 5 so with everything else being pretty much the same, I agreed to purchase the EV6. A couple days after getting the car home I found out that Kia Connect has various subscription levels. And that the Ultimate plan (same as Bluelink+) is only offered free for 1 year. After that it is $199 per year. That is a HUGE difference in what I would have gotten with Bluelink+ on the Ioniq 5! So I wrote to my salesman to get clarification on a few things. The main one was Bluelink+ vs Kia Connect. He responded to everything but that. So I wrote to him again about it and didn't receive a response. So I contacted the sales manager at Jake Sweeney Kia. I explained the situation and he said that Bluelink and Kia Connect have typically been the same. So I said Hyundai is now offering Bluelink+. He looked it up while we were on the phone and came to understand the differences. He asked what I was looking for him to do. I said I wanted the Kia Connect Ultimate subscription free of charge for as long as I own the car. (this is what I thought I was getting when I purchased the car). He said he would talk to some people and get back to me. He called me later that day and said he couldn't give me Kia Connect Ultimate for as long as I own the car and offered 1 additional year free or an accessory. Not acceptable. More
