I had a 9 am appointment for routine service of an oil change, filter and 5-tire rotation. 3 hours later it was completed. This is unacceptable especially when an appointment was made. I checked the prog change, filter and 5-tire rotation. 3 hours later it was completed. This is unacceptable especially when an appointment was made. I checked the progress at 2 hours and told it was complete and just waiting for the Jeep to be brought forward. 10 to 15 minutes later the service advisor tells me the technician was just now putting the oil in. The only positive from this experience is the work was done correctly. More

The dealership was clean and the staff was great but the wait time for an oil change was bad. Two and half hours for an oil change with an appointment is unexceptionable.
