Heather was very professional and very helpful finding the right solutions for the repair. I left the car at the service department at 7:30 AM and requested to pick up by Noon and they were able to accommodate this for me. I was using another Chevrolet dealer in the past that I was disappointed with. Jake Sweeney Chevrolet has earned my future business and I will bring my car here for all future repairs. More

incompetent service mechanics Having multiple issues with 2015 Chevrolet since purchase last May. Still within factory warranty. dropped off the car last week the mechanic started it and black smoke poured from under the hood. Got a text from the service mechanic that they were replacing the starter? Just got another text that my extended warranty has a $100. DEDUCTIBLE. Corporate customer service is doing nothing to fix this incompetent service issue and now they want to charge me for a car that most likely has more damage from the engine fire and is still under the manufactures warranty. Oh and by the way I was told by the service man that a corvette was not made to be driven daily and that is most likely the root of its multiple issues More

Wonderful all around! :-) Our new 2017 Chevy Spark had a airbag cover problem and they took care of us. They even provided us with a rental car for the trouble, since the repair was going to take longer, so that we would not miss work that day. If I can give them more than five stars, I would. :-) More

They even worked to ensure that I would have my rental car available for my short road trip when I was told they'd need to keep my car for the weekend. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend their service center. (My experience buying was different, but the man I worked with no longer is employed there and my experience has gotten so much better on the service side.) More

Service dept. not very dependable at Jake Sweeney. My wife and I have spent much money on our 2003 Chevrolet Silverado at Jake Sweeney including a new transfer case along with some misc. repairs totali My wife and I have spent much money on our 2003 Chevrolet Silverado at Jake Sweeney including a new transfer case along with some misc. repairs totaling over $3000.00 in the past year and a half. Only to find out we had to endure the inconvenience of returning the vehicle to them several times since to correct issues with their parts or because of their workmanship. Now come to find out that the new transfer case is already bad on the truck and they will not stand behind their work. Even got hung up on the phone today by a gentleman in their service dept. because he was "confused". Never ever taking any vehicles back to them nor recommending them in any sort of way or form. Supposedly $3000.00 worth of work doesn't last very long these days. More
