These salesmen don't just close the deal and walk away, they are careful to call and check on you, pick your car up for any sundry installations, or send a service person to you to do installs in your driveway if you can't come to the the dealership for service. Very easy and pleasant experience I had a very good experience here and just wanted to share. We found a 2008 Honda Odyssey and called about it. I spoke with Matthew White about the I had a very good experience here and just wanted to share. We found a 2008 Honda Odyssey and called about it. I spoke with Matthew White about the cost of the vehicle and explained I did not want to haggle back and forth with the price and let him know that if his bottom number was not acceptable, I would not accept any counters and would move on. He presented me with a very fair price for the vehicle and I decided to move forward with the purchase of the vehicle. I appreciated that it didn't turn into a back and forth with the decision makers in the other room. Nothing worse than the good cop\bad cop routine that I have experienced at every other dealership I have purchased from. Financing was a breeze so I was then sent over to the finance department to sign the paperwork. When that was completed I went back to see Matt and he said the mechanics did their final check and found some issue that needed to be resolved before I was handed the keys. Since some parts needed to be ordered and I traded in my old car, he provided me with a new loaner until the issues were resolved. Keep in mind that I bought this as is with no warranty. They could have given me this car and the issues would have been on me but they didn't. It needed a motor for one of the sliding doors, a battery, and the front brake pads had some life but very little so they took care of that. In the end it was 1,100 dollars in repairs that didn't cost me a dime. Since I do not live very close to the dealership Matt offered to deliver my new vehicle to me when the repairs were complete, which he did. I would recommend the dealership but more importantly recommend Matt White. He went the extra mile for my family. More
