Jeffery Wright the service writer greeted me promptly and courteously. He took care of the paper work very quickly and paid considerable attention to the importance of my schedule. The service was completed very professionally and in the time promised. As I was checking out to leave Service Manager Dale Boreing came out introduced himself to me and told if there is ever anything he can do to make my experience any better just let him know. This provided me the confidence that my needs will be handled. I realize I have options for my service alternatives but based on my experience I will go out of my way to go back to Bill DeLord Autocenter for my further needs. I want to thank Ron Morris at Bill DeLord for patiently working with me over 4+ plus months as I contemplated what to do since my Camargo CTS lease matured. I liked the blue SRX and wanted to go back to the dealership and test drive one before I narrowed down my other make choices. Ron stayed in touch with me almost on a weekly basis; following up to see if he could help. When I decided I wanted the SRX, we looked at a couple different finance options, lease and buy. I was pleased with the buy-option and decided to sign on the dotted line. I must say that big transactions like this normally make me nervous but Ron helped me feel comfortable and no pressure through the deal.
