Extraordinary service - Above & Beyond I had to take my car in for "unplanned" service just 2-3 weeks after the initial purchase (its a CPO). As anyone would understand, definitely not some I had to take my car in for "unplanned" service just 2-3 weeks after the initial purchase (its a CPO). As anyone would understand, definitely not something I was expecting. At least not this quickly. The dealership handled my case with the utmost professionalism and understanding. The turnover was almost immediate; I received multiple personal calls with explanations on the what needed be serviced, what was serviced, and once it was actually completed and ready. (On this note, kudos once again to JC for his extraordinary courtesy). Fortunately, it wasn't anything overwhelming and my LR4 and I are back together once again! ~LT. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE OR HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE This dealership took 6 days just to repair a water pump? I was in a rental car. When their driver dropped my car off the driver noted that I better take care, that when the brakes were applied there was a loud, shimming noise? There was never any issue of any kind with the brakes or suspension when this car went into the dealership?? I contacted the Service Manager Lori Slapikas, she was very difficult to deal with, she would not bring the car back in to see what they had done and told me that there were not going to fix it? I called the Manager, Mike Collins, again a waste of time. I filed a consumer complaint with their Corporate office, scheduled an appointment with another dealership., will send them the bill if they do not pay it, will be headed to court. Do NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY OF YOUR AUTOMOBILE NEEDS, if you do be prepared to be ripped off. More
