Extraordinary service - Above & Beyond I had to take my car in for "unplanned" service just 2-3 weeks after the initial purchase (its a CPO). As anyone would understand, definitely not some I had to take my car in for "unplanned" service just 2-3 weeks after the initial purchase (its a CPO). As anyone would understand, definitely not something I was expecting. At least not this quickly. The dealership handled my case with the utmost professionalism and understanding. The turnover was almost immediate; I received multiple personal calls with explanations on the what needed be serviced, what was serviced, and once it was actually completed and ready. (On this note, kudos once again to JC for his extraordinary courtesy). Fortunately, it wasn't anything overwhelming and my LR4 and I are back together once again! ~LT. More
