A pleasure to use the service center at Land Rover Warwick In comparison to other service centers I've used over the decades with other vehicles, Land Rover Warwick is by far my favorite. The key reason is tha In comparison to other service centers I've used over the decades with other vehicles, Land Rover Warwick is by far my favorite. The key reason is that I trust them. They service my car well. They let me know the cost in advance. They are available to help me if I call with a question (e.g., tire pressure) or have difficulty on the road. For example, once when my car was shaking in the winter, Lori had me come in right away and showed me that when snow gets unevenly wedged in the tire area, the car will shake a bit since the snow-weighted wheels put it a bit out of balance. Sure enough - taking out the snow solved the problem. Barbara, Paul, Lori, and the men who help with the car have been friendly. I like that the service center offers loaners. Sometimes I just enjoy doing my work for an hour or so in the waiting area - enjoying fresh fruit, coffee, and they also offer other snacks. They honor the LR coupons which helps reduce the price. I trust the quality of the work. More
