I have purchased other brand vehicles (Dodge, Lexus, BMW, Mercedes) and have NEVER received the service that this dealership offers. Regardless of whether you have a mechanical issue or service need, they are the tops in the industry and I would give then 100 stars if I could. Excellent Experience Across The Board!! I purchased a used Range Rover in Aug 2017. Elaine went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I can't imagine dealing with anyone else but Elaine I purchased a used Range Rover in Aug 2017. Elaine went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I can't imagine dealing with anyone else but Elaine! She knew exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. It was a pain free experience buying from the Kaplan family. And still today Elaine treats me as if it's the first time we've meet. Elaine is very personable, a real joy to work with or when you just stop in to say hello! Service dept has been amazing!! I work with Barbara who goes out if her way to be sure my vehicle needs are addressed quickly & efficiently. Barbara treats you like you are her only client. I never have to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get an appt. When I am there for my appt, I have a clean loaner ready and waiting. The turn around time to get my vehicle back is quick. Barbara keeps me informed by email, text or a call. Barbara takes the time to to be sure car and driver are #1! I am pleased to say that Luke in service has been awesome! He has been out to test drive my vehicle with me. I am impressed to see how readily available Luke makes himself for the customer. Luke is very patient understanding and provides you with an education not just a solution. Buy and service with confidence...I did you should too! More
