Hassle free Mike is a great service advisor! Took care of everything I asked for and addressed a few recalls I wasn't aware of. Appreciate there is no bs that get Mike is a great service advisor! Took care of everything I asked for and addressed a few recalls I wasn't aware of. Appreciate there is no bs that gets in the way of his ability to service his customer. FWIW, while out of Mike's control - for the suggestion box: it seems like the dealership might invest in more automation/digitization so the service team is not bogged down with so many paper forms. First Experience This was my first service check since leasing my RR Evoque last May My appointment was scheduled with Barbara and she took me through the process, wh This was my first service check since leasing my RR Evoque last May My appointment was scheduled with Barbara and she took me through the process, what would be done, how much it would cost and also gave me a copy of the checklist of items that were being evaluated. Barbara also provided me with a "loaner" vehicle which was ready immediately when I dropped off my vehicle. The entire process was well organized, service was completed in a timely manner and the staff especially Barbara were not only friendly, welcoming but also professional in their manner, Thank you again, It was a pleasure and a great first maintenance experience compared to those I have had in the past. It also helps to have a great start to a day and hot have to worry about at least one appointment and to be reassured that all will be taken care of by such a thorough and professional dealership.
