Great experience with Bernie, et al. I had an issue with my loaner car because my auto carrier is Progressive but Bernie quickly assisted with an alternative rental from Enterprise. I went in for my 21,000 mile service and it was a great experience. No one likes paying for maintenance but it’s obviously important. Dropped my car off to have a new key synched. The last time my car was in for service someone damaged the key and simply sent it back. Bernie ordered a new key and had some issues I had with the car's drive fixed and finally got the keyless entry working after 2 years. Even washed the car. What a difference the little things make.
