I was even able to negotiate some and Chris put together 3 offers for me to chose from. Once we agreed on the price I made the 2 & a half hour drive to pick up our new F-Pace. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the sales manager and Chris took us to see our new car detailed and ready to go. After a quick test drive and some paperwork we were given a quick personalized tutorial by the resident tech guy(I forget his name but very personable)all the while being treated as you would imagine a Jaguar dealership would. Very impressed with the whole experience. Do your homework and see for yourself Jag of Tampa great price and treat you right. Thanks for an awesome car buying experience to all the staff. We will definitely be back for our next Jag. More
Patrick Woodford (preowned manager is a scam artist I purchased an 2017 XJL from Jaguar Fisker of Tampa (WORSE MISTAKE EVER). My car salesman was Chad(VERY INEXPERIENCED BUT A NICE GUY). As the haggling I purchased an 2017 XJL from Jaguar Fisker of Tampa (WORSE MISTAKE EVER). My car salesman was Chad(VERY INEXPERIENCED BUT A NICE GUY). As the haggling process begun he went and grabbed someone that was much more experienced in the art of lies and deceit by the name of Patrick Woodford (PREOWNED CAR MANAGER) as i was trading a Mercedes Benz S550. After several minutes of negotiating, I logged into USAA'S website to build the car I was interested in to see what the USAA members pricing would be, I presented it to P. Woodford and we were able to reach an agreement on a price (or so i thought). P. Woodard goes to the finance office and comes back with documentation for me to sign(THIS IS were it gets tricky). Patrick Woodard takes his calculator and turns it towards me and punch's in all the numbers on the screen(sales sheet) that will be on my "contract and it adds up to the amount we agreed to. So he presents me with the contract and as I'm reading the contract and going through the numbers, he's once again punching in the numbers to show the agreed upon price. All fine right?1 NO! The kicker is this, now the EQUITY I was told I had (CHECK that he said I would receive) is now NEGATIVE EQUITY which after speaking with multiple people I come to realize is rolled over into my new car price. He told me the negative sign next to the number represented a credit, and after not receiving a check like I was told I would I'VE come to realize that Patrick Not only lied to me about the equity but he devalued my trade as well. In the world of dealership fraud that is called unfair trade practices and defrauding of a consumer(A VETERAN) might I add. I've since gone in an spoke with the GM BRYAN MOBLEY(GM) and it was a LOT OF SMOKE AND MIRRORS. I have since hired an attorney and I'm in the process of sueing Patrick Woodford and Jaguar Fisker of Tampa. I have also reported them to State Attorneys office.This has been the WORSE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD buying a vehicle. All I ever asked for was them to do honest business. BUYERS BE WARE! More

However, I decided to give them another chance since they are so close to where we live. I went online because I saw a car I was interested in and received an email from Chris within a day. He kept in touch with me even though we were travelling. When we returned home, I spoke with him by phone and told him the parameters of what I was looking for. He said he would find my car. Within a week, he had a car ready for our inspection. Even though we decided against that car, my husband spotted one on the lot that both of us liked. We saw the car on Friday, came back for a test drive on Saturday, and drove it home Monday.. Before we left the dealership, Nicholas explained how everything worked. I never went with my husband before to negotiate on a car because I hated the experience. Not so with Jaguar of Tampa. It was a pleasant, quick experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. We love our car. More
