Horrible customer service I had been emailing Chris for serveral weeks looking for the right car. He got one in and I emailed him the window sticker for my car so we could put I had been emailing Chris for serveral weeks looking for the right car. He got one in and I emailed him the window sticker for my car so we could put a deal together. I called and set up an appointment for Saturday at 10. When I arrived they could not find him, after about 10 min and after another customer came in Chris came out and sis he was double booked and said he will send someone out to help us, Chris then went and took the customer that came in after us, we waited again and no one come out to help us, Chris had all our info and this would of been an easy deal, horrible customer service More

My interaction with them was a scheduled test drive that did not ultimately take place and a complete lack of follow-up. I called ahead a day early in order to make sure the vehicle I was considering was available and made an appointment to see it first thing in the morning. When I show up at the dealership I am asked to wait while the salesperson retrieves the car. Fine. Ten minutes goes by. Where is he? I go to the receptionist and ask her to page him. Finally I see him walk back into the dealership talking closely with another gentleman. I turns out the vehicle is on an "extended test drive"! No one could call me? The young lady I spoke with on the phone the day before couldn't have verified that the vehicle was on premise before scheduling my appointment? Needless to say, it was a frustrating experience, especially considering that the dealership is close to three hours from my home. Now, the real kicker is that I take a look on their website a week later and the car is still listed! And.... it has had a price drop!! Did I receive a phone call? I feel the rating here should be answer enough. More

I called them and been redirected to sales man Chad, i ask if the offer correct and he confirmed it, i aks how much is total out of pocket, he said $3850. Than i called him 3 other times to ask what colors they have available, if they sell wheels for that car etc.. all times he called me different names, i assumed guy was probably new or something, he talk like he don’t care at all..we also text each other, i asked him how much price with 12K and 15K miles, he provide me with quote, i called to confirm price since i already had feeling he might be wrong after he called me different names and the way he talk. And he confirmed number with me. I’ve been calling him and texting for about 7-10 days, then i told i will come on saturday to get that car for my girlfriend, since next day was her birthday. On our way from Miami i called Chad and said we coming, his respond was i thought you coming at 10:00(instead of just say great)? I told him we will be at 12:00 (since Miami 4 hours drive to Tampa) and asked him to wash car and he said ok. When we got there car was not washed, we asked him to do test drive. After test drive i saw R type and ask if we can try that car, he didn’t say anything, i ask again, and he told me “are you gonna buy car?”, i’ve never hear anything like that at dealerships. You don’t have to be mind reader to understand that we came from Miami 4 hours away not just to do test drive... i did test drive and we went inside to discus numbers. Sales manager introduce himself, was so nice at first…(i think named Luis, bold guy) They approach me and said i have to pay $3000 and $602 per month I told i’m interested in other option, to pay full amount of $3850 and payments was around $539 or something. Than we realized that Chad made mistake and told me wrong numbers by the phone as well as text message i showed them to Luis, he just said Chad made mistake and that’s it. I told him that i drove 4 hours just to say that? Also i said "you not a donut place to make mistakes like that” during that conversation chad was standing next to us and just smiling and i was shocked with that. I ask Luis if it’s family business and Chad related to someone(since i couldn’t explain his attitude) and he didn’t say anything, i ask how come company can hire so unprofessional people like him. Then guys left and came with general manager Bryan Mobley, he came, introduce himself and start talking like i’m some kind of xxxxxxx came to his dealership and abusing his employees, without even listening whole story and it happen in front of my girlfriend. I told her to sit in the car right away. We start talking again to GM and he mentioned that i called their dealership donut place, insult his guys, said they don’t provide good service…he continued and mentioned they gave me coffee and i’m saying it’s no service…? I was really just shocked for a moment… I asked him couple of times if he’s really general manager, because i couldn’t believe that someone in that position can act that way… he mentioned that he was with company for 25 years and gave me his business cards… Then i told him about price mistake, he checked Chad’s phone and told me yes he did mistake, but i shouldn’t say that he’s unprofessional, i insult guy that way. I was on the phone with guy for over a week, i drove 4 hours, we came to buy car for my girlfriend birthday isn’t insult to me? I just couldn’t continue conversation, it was absurd. I dont understand how come Jaguar corporation can allow these type of services happen? More

Working with Brad Randall (my Sales Consultant) to review the car, arranging to look at and test drive it was easy and comfortable. He answered my questions, made sure that I had all of the information I needed and gave me the feeling that I was the only customer he was working with. Unfortunately, I think that Patrick Woodford (Pre-Owned Manager) stole the show. Patrick suggested we go to his office to "talk". Preparing myself to feel the pressure and be peppered with questions like "What can we do to make this work?", "This offer is only good right now take it or leave it", or trying to play a shell game with the numbers - he simply made me an offer that left nothing to do but accept, shake his hand, and start to smile. I was a few signatures away from my dream car ... A Certified Pre-Owned F-Type V8 S! Other dealership should take some lessons. These gentleman not only want to sell cars but make sure that they have repeat customers, a I will be one of them. More

This team really knows how to roll out the red carpet for veterans and they handled my first Jaguar experience with a spirit of excellence and precision. I put about 5 cars through the paces and was even "coined" by the new car sales manager Louie! I left smiling in a brand new XJL! I was highly impressed with the younger guys on the team who showed an uncommon level of professionalism unseen in my 25 years of car buying experiences. I'm referring to none other than Nick Hodjaian and Brad Randall. If elevated qualify is the standard, Jaguar's future is in good hands with these guys! I will recommend Jag of Tampa to my friends, neighbors, fellow veterans and law enforcement professionals. More
Amazing Experience I recently purchased a Jaguar F-Pace and I love it. From the moment I arrived at the dealer the salesman Ken Cranford and sales manager made me feel I recently purchased a Jaguar F-Pace and I love it. From the moment I arrived at the dealer the salesman Ken Cranford and sales manager made me feel like family. We immediately went for a test drive and upon returning they valued my trade. Shorty thereafter, I was presented with numbers for both the new car and the trade which came out to be more than perfect. Within two hours being at the dealer, we struck a deal for my dream car. Iv had it for two days now and I never want to get out of it, its just too nice and fun to drive. Thank You!! More

I bought the car of my dreams- a certified pre-owned Jaguar from Jaguar of Tampa for an unbelievable price. From the time that I made contact with the very nice lady at the front desk, I was impressed. My salesman, Ken was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. After a week, I had some concerns with my car so I brought it back and without hesitation, they gave me a brand new 2017 loaner Jaguar to drive while they checked my car over. After it was done, I they gave me back my car at no cost of my own in tip top shape. I have to say that they turned a situation that could've been a bad one to one of the best customer service situations that I have ever experienced. I still can't believe that I received such a beautiful, smooth, and luxurious car for such a reasonable price. I am so happy with the service that I received from Ken, sales manager, Pat, and Frank from the service department. The people at this dealership treats their customers the way that you would expect from a luxury car dealership- like a VIP. I have to say that my expectations were exceeded by a mile. I am now a Jaguar fan for life! More
