I can’t say enough good things about this dealership! I bought my used F-Pace there last year and Hector was amazing. No pressure and transparent about pricing. He even came out to my house the next day I bought my used F-Pace there last year and Hector was amazing. No pressure and transparent about pricing. He even came out to my house the next day when I accidentally left the lights on and killed the battery. Just had my first service and it went equally well. David had me in and out in under 2 hours and even found a missing cosmetic part. Great all around. More
This is the best Jaguar service facility around. I have never had any problem and everything has always been done correctly with no additional back and forth. I was told that the service center completely checked out the car before I drove off the lot. However as soon as I hit the highway heading home which is over an hour away, the "Engine Coolant Low" indicator the car before I drove off the lot. However as soon as I hit the highway heading home which is over an hour away, the "Engine Coolant Low" indicator came on and then the "Low Tire Pressure" indicator came on for all 4 tires. I had to make a second trip back the next day to have these addressed in the middle of my work day. I subsequently had to hold a business Video Conference in the Service Center waiting area which was totally inconvenient and unprofessional. The dealership could not even provide a quiet room where I could work after they were the reason for my inconvenience. Not to mention the 2 hours lost driving back and forth as well as the cost of gas. More
We brought our vehicle (2019 FPACE) in for a lease buy-out inspection on 9/16/2022. We drove the vehicle home and parked it in the garage. Later that evening we noticed that the brake lights were on. buy-out inspection on 9/16/2022. We drove the vehicle home and parked it in the garage. Later that evening we noticed that the brake lights were on. When we attempted to start the vehicle, it was dead. This is the same chronic issue we have had after each yearly inspection (May 2021, May 2022). After each inspection, the vehicle died some time that evening. On each occasion we had the vehicle towed back to Jaguar White Plains. On each occasion the battery was replaced, however nobody has provided a root cause of the problem. We have not experienced any issues with the battery except after an inspection. It appears that the vehicle is just being dumped in our lap, with the service department washing their hands of the situation. It's like going to the doctor for the same issue three times with no resolution. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. What we expected is for the service department to escalate the situation to find a solution, or replace the vehicle. More
