STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! This is by far the worst dealership I have ever encountered the service department is beyond pathetic and even when you ask to speak to a manager you are told they will have dealership I have ever encountered the service department is beyond pathetic and even when you ask to speak to a manager you are told they will have to call you back but you guessed it nobody calls you. We purchased our 2020 Jaguar in October and by the time we got it home day 1 we had an issue it went back and forth twice to correct the issue on a brand new car and now it needs to go back in because the screen for the radio just shuts off randomly and twice the car actually shut off completely and yet I can’t get a call back from the service manager. Now I set up an appointment 3 weeks ago to drop off the car and pick up a loaner and they inform today they can’t uphold the appointment and give me a loaner but I can hang out all day at the dealership while they try to figure out what’s going on, so what’s the point of an appointment? And they love using the COVID excuse for why they are so backed up but maybe it’s because they are selling lemons and they can’t figure out how to fix them. The moral of this story is the Jaguar name isn’t what it used to be and if you are insistent on buying one go to ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP to save yourself a nightmare. More
DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! Bought a Range Rover Velar from them in June 2020. It has been in and out of dealership since July with electrical issues. Brought car in October 1st and they STILL have my car. Was told by service mechanics the car was a "factory misbuild," meaning it came out of the factory missing components. Owners aware of problems and told staff to "patch it up and get it out of here." Opened a case with corporate on 11/17/2020 and they have done NOTHING but tell me I do not qualify for a buyback without seeing any service records or inspecting the vehicle. I believed this was a reputable dealership but they have proven otherwise. I am not a wealthy person who can drop 45K on a car that will give me nothing but problems. I am a disabled combat veteran and a frontline Registered Nurse. More
In looking for my next Jaguar, I first went to all of the dealerships in Florida where I reside, but was not satisfied with the level of service, pricing, and communication I was receiving. I decided to expand my search to the entire United States, and found Jaguar White Plains. My experience was fantastic from start to finish. I first started communication with Sales Manager, Michael Kenny, who was amazing to work with. Michael was always extremely responsive in communication with me, provided the best possible deal to meet my needs, and was always available to answer any questions. Since this was my first time acquiring a Jaguar from another state, Michael walked me through the process from start to finish to put my mind at ease. I also worked with Akil Bulls in completing the transaction who is a Sales Associate at the Dealership. Akil made sure that I received all of the paperwork in a timely fashion, and ensured that the car was delivered to me as scheduled. Akil as well, was always willing to assist me in any way, and both Michael and Akil wanted to ensure that my experience went very smoothly. I would highly recommend Jaguar White Plains! More
I actually went by the jaguar white plains on my way to another dealership looking for an LR4. They did not have any used LR4s but showed me a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with low miles. Akil the sales rep wa another dealership looking for an LR4. They did not have any used LR4s but showed me a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee with low miles. Akil the sales rep was very professional and courteous. I decided to purchase the car. I asked them to email their proposal- which Akil did promptly. There was a bit of back and forth regarding rates etc. the bottom line was I wanted to purchase a vehicle from a professional dealership and these guys came through with flying colors. When I came to pick up the car I looked underneath- the car was spotless. Akil popped the hood. The engine looked brand new! I assume the did quite a bit of work on the car to get it looking so good for a 6 year old car. I was also given a 90 day warranty which did not even know was included. Had the car for a week- so far all good. Thanks for your work Akil and Chris Gilberto the manager. I will probably go back in a few years to purchase a car here again. More
Worst Service Department and Managerial Staff I leased a 2019 Discovery Sport last April. The first day I had my vehicle, the check engine light came on. I brought the vehicle back and was left wa I leased a 2019 Discovery Sport last April. The first day I had my vehicle, the check engine light came on. I brought the vehicle back and was left waiting for my vehicle in the service department for 5 hours without any offer of a loaner or to be driven home. The oxygen sensor was replaced and a clamp from the steering column was missing. My truck has been back to the dealership 13 times for about 6 different issues. I have been lied to by the General Manager in two different occasions both of which have been documented. Each time the truck is brought and something is supposedly fixed, something else goes wrong. There has been unexplained leaks, been told leaks don’t exist although I have provided pictures of the leaks, constant smell of burning and no one else smells it at the dealership, constant smell of cooling but no one at the dealership smells it. However, every passenger in my truck complains of these smells. The dealership refuses to allow a buy back of the vehicle and does not give corporate (whom I have open cases with) accurate and truthful information about the extent of the issues reported and the amount of times my vehicle has been back for same issues and other issues. My truck has been back to the dealership 13 times in a year and the service manager did not seem that to be excessive nor the fact the check engine has come on and caused the car to stall on the highway an usual problem for a vehicle that is a year old and low miles. I continue to be given the run around and forced to drive a vehicle that is clearly a lemon. The level of customer service I have received from this dealership is not what should be expected of a high end product such as Land Rover. The disrespect that I have encountered and continue to encounter by the managerial staff is truly awful. I have been extremely patient and understanding. However, enough is enough now and the vehicle is just a lemon. More

They immediately responded and put me in direct touch with the new manager, John Laguerrej who made good on everything I had been promised. Mr. Laguerrej is a pleasure to deal with as are the other employees now that their management has changed. A very positive experience after all. My XE is the fabulous! More
I purchased a Range Rover Sport from White Plains Jaguar Land Rover, with heated seats not working. When I discovered this and returned for repairs; they denied me service stating the company has a known is Land Rover, with heated seats not working. I called corporate twice, and they stated they have no knowledge of the issue at all, and that it was simply not true... When I asked for compensation for them selling me a defunct vehicle; the service manager Peter told me I was "fired" from the dealership and could not come back there, because I was calling him a liar. He stated to me the vehicle had no issues upon me purchasing the vehicle, and I told him that was simply not true, and that he needed to be honest with me. After an initially pleasant experience with the sales and warranty team, I was then treated extremely rude and unfair by the service manager (Peter) when addressing the issue of being sold a vehicle with a broken feature. Besides being knowledgeable and patient patient she was a delight to spend time with. She made sure to make me feel welcome to come back for a review at any time. More

On Wednesday night we scheduled an appointment on the nearest Saturday. A few times on Friday I tried to get an appointment confirmation from Michael (email, SMS). he has never replied since. Through chat services on the dealer's website I tried to get a confirmation on the appointment some other way. I chatted with Shamoy R; been promised to get a response sooner than later...Again: never been contacted since. For me, it explains a lot. More

I offered to even go half with them because I can accept an honest mistake and but the manager Peter said "why would I do that when you never had any (paid) service done here before". My response - Because it's what you advised me! I think it's disgusting to not follow through with your word and eat your mistake! In the end, I was so furious he denied me the service and told me to pick up my car. DISGUSTING! WHY IS HE A MANAGER OF ANYTHING! FYI service girl Julia is the nicest and most professional I feel bad she works with these people! Never ever again with Land Rover, worst car, with worst customer service! More
