Wonderful experience upon arrival. Met by welcoming staff and brand new service garage. Very prompt service by Thomas and waited in customer lounge with available coffee bar. Takes them ages to undertake the work, was told was an overnight, was 8 days. Portray themselves on service but provide an awful one. This dealership is in an awful location for after sales service, Rte 20 is a nightmare, takes to long to get there. the loaner program is an apt in 2 weeks, too long..they make you drive back and forth on rte 20 for service which isn't delivered and you sit waiting for multiple hours as well, wasting your time. Think you may detect that after getting 2 vehicles, both high end, I will not be going back nor recommending. Go elsewhere.. More
