Due to waiting on a part, Aya Badreddine, their Service Manager, called me to explain in detail the cause for the delay. I really appreciated the additional reach out to keep us informed and the sense of urgency she and the Team provided to maintain their goal of exceptional customer service. We received a follow up from Caleb Skoglund, Customer Care Specialist, after we picked up the car. It shows a real Team desire to maintain a high level of customer service.
