Kaylene, You actually had an opportunity to make it right early on, but instead chose to ignore my phone call and my husbands. My husband never received a call from anyone in your organization. Our negative experience with Plaza actually created a more positive Land Rover experience as we bought from another dealer who went above and beyond to give us exceptional customer service and outstanding buying experience. Communiciation in all areas of your organization needs to be amped up. We're not interested in free oil change, but thnx anyway.

It's unfortunate because this negative opinion of your dealership could have been avoided from the start with better customer service and immediate attention to problems. Not just from the salesman but that includes the management team. Best to jump right in when a customer has not been treated properly or voices their dissatisfaction to you. Appreciate having opportunity to communicate this to you. BTW: I have only high praise for Plaza Land Rover Service Manager.I'm sorry she has to inadvertently share on your negative review.
