It is obvious that these guys are working well together as a team. Joel arranged to have the nearby rental car agent ready to drive me to their nearby office, with no waiting. I particularly enjoyed being able to simply drop the car off at the Dealership when I picked up my vehicle without having to return the car to the rental car office. Anyone who has rented more than a few cars knows how much this seemingly minor service feature improves the experience. In past years, Nate was my Service Advisor, and every service experience was a 10 out of 10 with him. After moving back to the area recently, Jaguar Land Rover Southbay is my exclusive go-to service provider again.
