The general manager is who I spoke with and sadly he was unwilling and didn’t care about my business or any future business. So I will not be giving him another chance … I waited almost 4 months for the 1/13/2023 appointment which the general manager Ardi Diaz Gonzales was happy to cancel without hesitation. I called Anaheim Jaguar 50 miles from my house and got an appointment for 2 days later! I took my car in, got a loaner, fixed the issue and had my car back in a day!! Amazing customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and the absolute best service advisor!! My loaner was a Range Rover and I fell in love with it, I just might end up getting another new car from Anaheim Jaguar. South Bay Jaguar Ardi Diaz Gonzalez customer service does make a difference and goes a long way. Jaguar almost lost me as a customer, but I’m sure you don’t really care about that Ardi … Thankfully Anaheim Jaguar made my experience exceptional. I will most likely never step foot in the South Bay Jaguar dealer again even tho it is 2 miles from my home.
