Casey Braswell, my sales guide, and the entire team over at Jaguar Raleigh truly outdid themselves and made the car shopping, buying and pickup process outstanding. From my initial contact with Casey I was made to feel comfortable with not only an absence of pressure but an obvious desire to make the best possible deal for all concerned. When I threw some curves into the deal with an 'unusual' trade, some VIN swapping(?) and transportation issues Casey was right up to the challenge with Majdi Manawi, JLRRaleigh Sales Manager, being very accomodating. But the process was not complete until all of the i's, well you know the drill so the entire team of Casey, Majdi, Bobby, Cray, Clarisa, Cameron & Jonathan really contributed to making the entire process of buying my P300 an outstanding cutomer experience. And, my congratulations to the management team here who have assembled such a top notch team! More

I had this in my mind when I attended the Raleigh Auto show. I went with an idea of what I was looking for, took notes and bounced from car type to car type. Then I sat in a Jaguar. This was when I first met Casey from Leith Jaguar of Raleigh. I was apprehensive to talk to him because I was in discovery mode, but he was courteous and knowledgeable on the lineup of vehicles I was looking at. I waited a couple of days and decided to go to Leith Jaguar to check out a brand new Jauguar XF. I called Casey ahead of time and ensured him that I was not buying a vehicle that night, I was merely just coming to see if this a path I wanted to go down. Casey understood this and when I arrived he greeted me at the door. Two hours later... I had decided to buy a 2018 Porsche Panamera l. This was definitely not what I intended to do, but when I got to know Casey, and we went on the test drive he could tell that I was looking for a bit more. When I asked him what else he had in mind he mentioned the car that would become “the one” I did not feel pressured to buy this car at all In fact Casey reminded me what I had told him prior to my arrival, by this point I was hooked on this car and was ready to strike a deal. At this point the dealership had been closed for at least 30 mins but the Finance Manager, Sales Manager, and Casey were ready to make it happen. I can say without any reservation, this has been one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had and I would recommend this dealer , this salesman to anyone seriously looking to make a sound purchase.
