While most dealerships try to lowball on trade-ins, these people went to the extreme when I wanted to purchase a new vehicle purchase at full retail from them. Even though both trade-ins were in pristine condition, their trade-in offers were many thousands less than even average KBB trade-in values. I understand them wanting to make a profit but it shouldn't be at the expense at completely ripping off customers. Overall this and their other actions, showed a complete lack of any form of customer care. Will shop elsewhere. More
