My daughter and I recently visited the Jaguar North Scottsdale Dealership in Scottsdale, Arizona. We had a very pleasant experience working with Sales Consultant, Todd Key. We initially called the dealership and spoke with Mr. Todd Key over the phone about an ad posted on the Internet concerning a 1998 Lexus ES300. My daughter and son-in-law visited the dealership and test drove the vehicle. They were very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the dealership personnel, and especially Todd Key. They put a small deposit down until I had an opportunity to visit the dealership the following day. The next day, my daughter and I came back to complete the transaction. Todd Key had everything ready for us, and was extremely organized. He walked us through the entire process. I am very pleased with the vehicle and believe we received a fair price. We could not be happier with the service at Jaguar North Scottsdale and with our Sales Consultant, Todd. My daughter and I have already recommended two people, and we will definitely contact Todd when we are ready to purchase another vehicle. More
