Land Rover Service I have always been very satisfied with the quality of service and the entire process at Land Rover West Columbia, since I purchased my certified pre-o I have always been very satisfied with the quality of service and the entire process at Land Rover West Columbia, since I purchased my certified pre-owned vehicle approximately 3.5 years and 84,000 miles ago. Every service consultant has been exceptional and has been a pleasure to work with. My appointment always goes smoothly; when a loaner is needed there have been no hassles or delays getting a loaner vehicle when I dropped off my car the evening before my service date. I have the direct mobile number to the service consultants and the service manager, that allows me the convenience of texting them additional vehicle concerns (that I forgot to mention when I dropped off my vehicle), and allowed them to text me when my car was ready. The service department has always been accommodating. I will continue having my vehicle serviced there. More

Don’t go here wast of time ! First I tried calling couldn’t get anyone to answer my questions about a particular truck I saw . Got there sat in the lobby for 20 min before any sales person decided to help me I don’t know maybe it was because of my skin color I don’t know or because I had my Yorkie Dog with me it doesn’t matter I’m a customer and that’s it . Used car manager wanted to argue and be rude . The sales person was useless .. and the list goes on . These people were horrible and I work in customer service. for the last 35 years .. They barely allowed me to test drive and you expect me to give you my money . I asked about finance options just curious. I knew that would be bad too . This dealership isn’t ready to do business at all. More
