I've purchased 12 vehicles in my life and this was BY FAR the worst experience. From sales (complete lack of accountability for any help after signing the paperwork) to financing (refusal to re-run/re-do my the worst experience. From sales (complete lack of accountability for any help after signing the paperwork) to financing (refusal to re-run/re-do my application for a 1%+ lower rate with a different lender) to service (pushback on pickup or a loaner when the vehicle broke two days after purchase, plus double-charging for loaner car gas and forgetting to install a front license plate bracket), the entire process has been frustrating and time-consuming. It's now 60 days later and I still don't have my permanent tags or registration. Would not recommend. More
Service advisor was great but the service itself was terrible. When we received the car the interior was sprayed with a fragrance that smelled like cheap cologne. It took an hour to air out the car. When my car was ready, the service tech, just gave me the form to sign. I had to ask what was done and if everything was okay. Now I'm questioning if service was actually done.
