We left our car there for service and all point inspection. Took three days and when we got the car back no one said anything about the tires or the wear / alignment. My car was at the dealership for two weeks with no loners available before they could assess a headlight assembly failure. With only 38,000 miles on my XF and while holding an extended warranty I paid dearly for when purchasing the vehicle, I was informed this assembly costing over $6,000.00 to repair was not covered. Not the experience one would expect from a luxury car dealer. More

We have purchased 5 cars from this dealership in the past 7 years . The service department was horrible this time not happy at all. No updates on my car unless I CALLED unacceptable . Communication past 7 years . The service department was horrible this time not happy at all. No updates on my car unless I CALLED unacceptable . Communication is key and it is not there . You need to take notes from other dealers , our daughters Volvo for example she took it in and had texts the whole process . We have spent close to 800 K with this dealership I would expect MUCH better treatment for a client that has been a loyal purchaser of high end cars . Very disappointed. More
I totally realize it’s not the dealership’s problem that my tire took a few days to be delivered. However, I do think it’s unacceptable that there was not a loaner car available.
