If I could give Land Rover Chantilly 0 stars I would. Background: 2015 Land Rover Discovery, 100,032 miles. I have had only issues with this establishment since I started to take my vehicle there, sta Background: 2015 Land Rover Discovery, 100,032 miles. I have had only issues with this establishment since I started to take my vehicle there, starting 3 years ago. I took it there because my turbo charger was having issues. They replaced it and within 10 months it messed up again. Fortunately, it was still under the warranty and they replaced it for free. Recently, I took it back because I had a check engine light and a shake in my car. The service engine light was the timing belt which they changed for me. The shake in the car is a different story. They first said it was a broken motor mount. They changed it and said the car was good. When I picked it up the car still had a shake. I took it back and they said the other motor mount was broken and needed to be replaced. After that I received a call saying it wasn’t the motor mount it was something that needed to be replaced in the right wheel area. I received another call saying that wasn’t it and that they had to get the main Land Rover office involved. Eventually they said it was the transfer case. They changed the transfer case and the shake is gone but not I have a rattle in my car 3 days after picking it up. They say now that I need a new shock on that same side of my wheel they worked on where they thought the problem was. I am done. I have spent around $20K at this dealership, it takes them forever and what seems like they guess at what needs to be fixed and when that doesn’t work they go to something different. Not to add that I did not have a rattle prior to going into their shop and now I do and somehow it is my fault because it is an old car and things can get broken when a car is being fixed. Ridiculous! I would not recommend this place for ANY car owner! More
This dealership is usually very good but this time they didn’t meet my expectation. The service I requested was ignored and when I went to pick up my vehicle, I wasn’t able to speak with the person I was w didn’t meet my expectation. I guess I’ll just deal with less than I bought. I still love my car but for sone reason, I wasn’t heard this time. More

They are always very helpful, fast resolving any issues and I have worked with Ana many times now, and my experience is amazing! She is very helpful and always takes care of everything very smoothly! My Land Rover Sport’s tires needed to be changed and they did a wonderful job checking everything and completed the job same day! I truly appreciate the excellent customer care and support! The worst service I have ever experienced at Jaguar Chantilly. I scheduled 3 weeks in advance made it clear that I have relocated and am no longer local, that I have to drive 2 and 1/2 hours to get the Chantilly. I scheduled 3 weeks in advance made it clear that I have relocated and am no longer local, that I have to drive 2 and 1/2 hours to get there, and that I would definitely need a loaner vehicle. Upon arrival I told the service person to only do the inspection and any necessary checks due to the low mileage on my vehicle, under 10,000 miles. I was told I could not get a loaner vehicle for just an inspection even though it was 10:00 am in the morning and they were telling me they couldn’t work on my car until 2:00pm. I had another appointment that I ended up being late for. Jaguar called me a Lyft ride. The ride over was fine but after my appointment I waited outside for an hour while Lyft rider after Lyft rider claimed they could not find me at the location. I was on the phone with the serviceman William who told me he couldn’t do anything further, that I must not be where I’m supposed to be because the Lyft drivers were leaving and they were charging the dealership each time as if it were somehow my fault. Finally another service person answered my call and stayed until that Lyft driver found me. During my wait I asked if Jaguar could send a shuttle rather than send me with strangers who did not speak English and were hanging up on me and likely scamming them with the Lyft rides. (This was before the last driver actually showed up). I was told the dealership didn’t have a shuttle. My response was that’s why they should have just given me the loaner in the first place. Vehicle owners should not be disenfranchised simply because they don’t pay a thousand dollars or more per visit for services that aren’t needed at that time. Meanwhile the other issues I asked about, my vehicle app and date of last oil change were not addressed to my satisfaction. They did change my key batteries (2) free of charge and did not charge me for the visit, at least not that I know of. They also washed the car per my request. More
Unorganized when I picked up my vehicle. Could not find the paperwork, could not locate the vehicle and neglect to wash it after being told it was washed.
